New year, new you? New Year's resolutions have a bad rap, but goal and intention setting can be potent tools for growth, as long as they’re used correctly. Some people like to set a word to focus on for the year, others like to list out every little thing they’d like to change about themselves, but we sit somewhere in the middle. Those things are great, but a goal or intention is only as useful as the actions you take to back those things off. And if you fall off the wagon, it’s better to get back on than giving up entirely! If you’re thinking about setting some resolutions this year, you’ve gotta back it up with action.
