Can you do ALL the things? Sure! But there’s one major caveat: you can’t do them all at once. There will always be more things to do, and yes, you probably “should” do a lot, but it’s not possible to do it all. And when you expect that level of perfection from yourself, you are unwittingly setting yourself up for failure. At the end of the day, you have to remind yourself: you don’t have to do that!
