They share stories about uncomfortable conversations, facing judgments, how it's affected their lives in terms of their anxiety and mental health (for better and for worse). The Warriors offer some of their go-to strategies for dealing with varying situations and feelings that arise, and provide listeners with some good advice for what to say and more importantly what NOT to say to folks about their family or family plans/decisions and WHY.
