Judith speaks openly about feeling overwhelmed when it comes to treating ACNE internally because she 'only knows herself, fixing the skin from the outside with treatments'.

I coach Judith through how i see treating acne internally as the only way to really address the internal underlying cause(s) of acne and I also explain to Judith that the worse thing that can happen.... is the client still has acne, if you are overwhelmed or worried about treating acne internally, then this episode is you for to feel more confident about your role as a Holistic Acne Specialist.

A lot of my students explain that they are overwhelmed, not confident and even scared to treat the internal root cause(s) of acne. WHY!! When you do something different it is going to feel uncomfortable but you do it anyway because you have the ability to be a leader in the field of Acne treatment and not only change your clients skin but their entire life and it is one of the most rewarding and fulfilling experiences.

This is why I teach Advanced Acne to g l o w® in step by step bite sized pieces in a way that you will actually understand and I do not go straight into the pathophysiology and biochemistry involved.

Judith and I talk vulnerably and openly about the many pros of treating acne internally and challenges Skin professionals still face in an industry where external treatments have always and still to this day are seen as the gold standard.

In this episode Judith and i also talked about clients feeling unsure about their skin therapists treating the internal root cause of their acne......

With clients saying to their skin therapists…....'You are not a Dr, or a Dermatologist.'.. and thank god my partner clinics are *NOT* because Dr's and Derm's do *NOT* have the specific set of education needed to understand the underlying root causes of acne which i teach in AATG™.

Judith and I talk about being comfortable with unfamiliar internal acne treatments and why this needS to be the new industry standard…..because what has been happening in skin clinics, Doctors offices, Dermatology clinics has *NOT* been working…. and with acne increasing amongst the population dramatically, more than ever before......

We need to practice differently in order to make long term change and create results for our clients that not only clear their acne, but balance their hormones, promote healthy sleep, allow clients to embody high energy levels and make whole body thriving health the new standard in the beauty/skin industry, because doesn't beauty reflect health?

Skincare and external skin treatments will never be able to do this. Clear skin has to come from the inside out and whatever comes from the outside in is an added bonus.

Just like facials, SUPPLEMENTS alone WILL NOT TREAT ACNE - there needs to be an holistic approach, just prescribing supplements is not holistic. It
