Class is in session with Josh as he discusses and pairs wine with food for Passover and Easter meals. He has the Chateau D'Aqueria Tavel rose with some traditional Easter food, ham, and four cheese scallop potatoes. For the Passover meal wine he serves the Kosher Barkan classic Cabernet sauvignon from Israel with kosher braised brisket, and latkes.
