In this episode Josh and John enjoy a couple sparkling wines. Josh brings the Argyle Vintage Brut and pairs it with butter and salted popcorn, poutine, and sweet palmiers with strawberries. John brings the Gerard Bertrand Thomas Jefferson Brut Rose. His parings are smoked salmon spread, duck confit nachos and chocolate truffles. Its a great pairing which ends with Josh blinding a wine.
