My mission is simple to make you money. I'm here to level the playing fuel for all investors. There's always a more work in summer, and I ponder to help you find them.
They have money starts now. Hey, i'm cry remain money from america. I my friends, i'm just trying to make a little mind. My jobs not just came with educating tea so call one hundred three p nope, night.
At this level i'm talking about how the S B, five, one hundred ward all the way to six thousand actly in straight line because fires were everywhere and sellers they were nowhere to be. That's how we get another good day. They are gaining towards six points as we venting point three percent.
That's that getting point or nine percent. And all of the major average closing a new record highs. IT was another amazing session, at least if you were.
I have said in several times, if we going to say to get this is, ladies and gentlemen, a historic move or witnessing fuel of voters chose A D hier stop proler lower taxes, love or hate. M trump is the most explicit prostate ck market president in history. Now that is one that's paying off in a host sector.
Just IT was teched today, oil drugs and super prox finances. These moves are spectacular because they driven by money measures who are terrified that they won't have enough stock in their portfolios so they won't sell. At the same time, we're about to see a way of takeover as the any trust regulators will stop trying to bug every deal under the sun because I new broom is going to sweep clean.
I know some people say trumps to genuine, mainly benefits the wealthy. But look, we live in a democracy, and he got a clear majority. This is the outcome the voters wanted, even if not the outcome you want IT.
You might as well take advance of the incredible stock market. It's not close. You uig for the rest in fast. I not deny that. But anybody y's warned to save some money can own some stocks.
Now this trump really went less rever, nothing less rever and IT doesn't hurt that the fat blesses with a core point rate cut that was finally able to push the bomber in the right direction. That's rare, often thrown on this fire. But the question is, can the fire continue next week? Well, that's a tough question.
I tell why, because we were up so much. Well, why do we do this? Why we just look at our game plan makes some sense of IT on monday. We have monday, but that reporting in the morning.
Now this is an israeli soft company to three months workflows and provide des visibility to what people working on at your there's a time to help me, just like IT. It's a quinto al enterprise fer play, which is why started the game paying with IT. Because this group, this enterprise, often never being solacing, somehow solar, just walk the way these, which is how a sales force or service now we're able, able to sore during this period.
I think the enterprise software stocks have much more to go because they're just not a lot of sales here. They are blessed now as they were. Curse not that long.
Good SHE sells for today. Choose issues. All right, first. See me, see investing club day home B, O, or report.
And this is the quintin sensual stock to own when this cut rates always has been. I remember i've been playing red cuts. This I am looking for the despot.
The raise numbers, given that we're headed for a lower and trade environment, they could forecast the first real growth in years. In this tape, the stock, which looks like it's up, could head up much hier. Now we hear from e commerce facilitator sharp fy, and it's I got to this last quarter, have with many people close too much spending.
I say when you have a flight of business, you have to spend to be able to call IT. I think we'll see the purse soft fine spending this corner lots want to know why food Prices got so out a hand in the last few years. You know, you want to learn, why do you listen to and foods conference school, like I will, a ton about pricing and though the donor player meat chicken, sometimes you don't listen to a conference call to pick your stock, you listen to learn, I learned from test IT took close spotify, not chapel y spotify reports.
And that sucks up more than one hundred percent of the year because they keep raising and numbers beyond even the wireless venues projections. And I bet they can do that again. You know why? Because people got this barges kind like neath place.
This is a bargain, bargain, bargain. Remember, this relies predicador on non hostile bomb. Mark IT can change the bomb markets mood. And wednesday morning, well, we got to worry about this thing. This is a potential mood change is called the CPI press.
A super rough reading could put a damper on some of the buying that have been having unwatchful cyber c reports wednesday morning. And this is an excuse of cyber security coming. The guards calls the keys of the king, dom, of the digital king, that I think for some great cyber crime.
No signs of baby whatsoever. How driving is this sector for the perform tuna that we own? Both crowds straight and pootty ever for the child of trust.
They took the people. But there's so much business got around, you got ta get in them. We like palm teer here too, even as a skyrocket no di that this co.
Seems poised for break out on IT. This is the csco kind of the network of choice for all sorts of A I and nine A I users. Everything is up.
What bono, this year it's been able to offer a corneal pia of analytics. That's a power of combination. And when they can surprise to the upside, thursday we hear from disney.
Now there have been so many good things happening in disney, but they keep being obscure by weaker theme park numbers, which I think we will get stronger. The companies spending disney cruise line business. That's right, really what i'm focused on right now, new ships about to have an an logo of voice as well as several more behind IT.
Can the cruise expansion actually move the new little though? You know what is IT gets bigger? The answer will be yes and be proper needle.
Now i've got this survey this week showing that the cmc investing club members love our monthly club minutes, where we set the agenda in your future of the chavez trust. Jeff, I gyp Marks. I sit down.
We actually be with is is a big we host one of these minutes at noon thursday. You can still join the club getting on our long meeting. It's been the highlight of being in a member.
I am just passed on what soft in the survey thursday at the closed the a resort pure of a math, which is why they consider to be the dean of the semitic duct capable equip ministry. I actually love lamer search too, I should say. Now I think this goods from fossy accused of weak the men and because of A F A S M, which is a real horrible job, explain story hopefull.
Applyed materials can clear things up when IT reports, the same as have been weak of late in an although generous tape, maybe applyed materials can change the dynamic. Finally, friday, friday morning, alibaba reports. I've been admit that if you want to invest in china, you need to buy shares of alibaba a because IT has western financial and is a legit monitor's online retailer.
We know the chinese consumer is hobble when IT comes to loggy goods, and there seems to be a sense of its in a populous. That said, alibaba IT does a kind of business and makes the numbers pretty routinely. It's the amazon of china.
You need to know that i'm not recommending anything in china, not here, not anywhere, because I think the economy is a train right there. And the governments stingo's ever to prevent, effective today's monty year, one point for trillion dollar local government bail out yet another plan that won't put money in people's hands. People they are dealing with the default or environment they need that money, which so desperate needed if china, everyone's return to growth.
So many people think they missed this hundred, six thousand, you know that next of the six thousand, of course, of speaking, I say unique to look at things sector by sector. Today, tech took a beer. Beer was worth by maybe monday restaurants who, I don't know, hard line readers were.
Then we might go back the financials. And then the industrials is an incredibly bullish, virtuous circle of game. But I know that stocks performed very well underway.
And I know people say, why does why doesn't you mention that? I just did, but I sincerely didn't care much about the stock market. IT was an abstraction for the gentleman during his four years in the oil s.
That's only the case. So here's the boat line. Stocks are about, have a champion in the way.
Ask again, even if you might think they aren't, were the other problem or support? I think you used to IT even though the buying started already because we have a lot of right. John in kentucy. John.
hey jim, my friend, and I consider you a friend because you're been coming in my my home living room for last twenty five years.
But anyway, thank you. Thank you. And I hope I can return the friendship. What's going on?
Well, I bought a stock, lily, back when they came out with the weight loss red. And jo, pretty much on your recommendation to the time after he was not long. But I I bought this as a trade, and I more and double my money.
I love that.
Sell because I smelt all the criteria for get rid of a crater.
Can I went over today, the daily redo? ExcEllent city. I happy and harsh about a man, I think, so excEllent.
But he didn't explain IT what I very well about. What have majority sales? He's gone around.
He started to make some calls, learn, talk to the investment houses. And i'm getting a Better picture. That just is the demand is incredibly strong and a lot of new test coming out.
That's why the stock was up thirty four today and that's why they gotta stay in IT. And thank you for the kind comments. Max and roy. Max.
jim poo pung.
But I read, check in or check out of airbnb. No, no, we had to stay at air bean b. Here's the problem. Airbnb, one of its worst.
Again, I don't be critical great business people, but brian chesty has a disappointing habit of always telling you that things aren't going to be as good in the future. That's because he humble. That's because he run scared. I like that, but I would temper with a little bit of enthusiasm about how some means could go right not just things go wrong trying don't take that too personal, it's what I believe. How baby got to mike oh, mike.
hey jim, how are you the .
evening you good my have you know good.
I get a question for you regarding chef on I took a pretty heavy position in december of twenty three at one forty two uh for the um dividend play quality, not real health with the equity position right now, equity appreciation.
Well IT has been the underperforming the group, which is a shame this mike worth is a good man and IT is coming back. And I like the stock here. E O, G, S, and very good things to say today, which made me feel that maybe teachers turning up a bit. But look, you come out that divide you like with my go, mike, about one during the gulf, mexico.
And what you can do with has and I think you'll find yourself with a very good long term story and is not to no matter with long term, right? The buying stops is got a strong started, right? So I say there's still what more room run or that right is what about going for that? Since popping into the fifty two week support, I got this to change top breath more than shares.
A sweet hg fell almost twenty percent on orge overnight for bouncing back to in the weekend in the grain. I'm check, check with the o and M, A special map money tradition ahead of back tuesday. Some outstanding west point to that s are joining me to ask their Stellar investing to stay with me.

I saw the stock or twenty eight percent yesterday, five at this point, the socks out up nearly fifty percent for the year. Now regular yours. Now, on a long time, finit does was before I ever came public.
And I like what i'm senor, not the s fantastic. I, with the role, order and test the potential food options to be the menu. Me, I could have a lot in the right. Let's take across local Christian 的。 She's Better, more about what's going on back made money.
jim. Thanks so much for .
having so Christina, I get sometimes the superlatives don't work. I can't convey how much I love your place so obvious gonna go right to the heart of the matter. Will you please tell our views what the nine one one is?
Okay, well, the nine one one is we'll have a hot or ice. Ice is always our specialty, and we ll add an extra shot and you're drank for you.
And how many shots can I get? Six shots in a nine one one?
You can get six k shots in a nine one one.
okay. Well, people have to realized because I think everything's a little tod dream compared to dance brows, because you guys to understand the quality of taste, but also the excitement of coffee, and has been lost in other places. I find that when I think about your place, the first thing I think of is great tasting coffee. And then people who somehow remember my name, how can you in this day age where we just have to worry about smooth due at people who both remember name and know your coffee? So since the very .
beginning, we've focused on speed, quality and service, and it's all three of those things together. And I think the service is about your name is about connecting with you. It's about making sure that you're having a great day. A judge. Gross.
you know, I went read IT today. I'd just to see what people are saying at this one. I am been to a starbucks. Ks, in one stuck both so much Better, and they always have a great selection, sugar free protein, milk, energy drinks, the compos are, tell me about the combos.
yes. So one of the things we're focused on right now is our holiday averages. In fact, i'm having a Candy can locker right now and uh but we make drinks for however you want IT.
One of our specialties is really personalizing for you, jim, I know that you love the animal later, uh, but we have all different ways we can make the anie dator for you. So IT has chocolate back in IT. We can add protein milk. We can make a skinning for you, all different types of things.
Now, when I hear about the problem starbuck had and brian nicklas, come on, you know, he's there and he's gone to make changes, I keep thinking that they had trouble with all the different permutations of drinks. How come you guys don't have a similar problem?
So I think since the very beginning, we've been about iced, we've been about convenience with connection. We have been about speed and really just connecting with you. And all of that personalization has been a big part of us since the very beginning. So I think we've really built our Operations, and we have built our brand around the ability to personalize really well.
Now when you try to hire people and you ve had to hire people with, you get, you're open a lot of stores. Are you searching for people who have good memory of names?
So I think who were searching for is we're searching for people who want to be a part of dutch grows. We're searching for people who want to be a part of a team. They want to come in together and support the person that they're working next to, and we will feel like we can teach them everything else.
We have an awesome training program, and we really invest in learning the drains. We invest in, you know, connecting with your customers. And I think one the biggest thing is we give our released this time to connect with their customers.
Now one of things I thought was amazing is, is that a couple years ago, I would ask before you got there are about labor, and there were such labor short over the country is difficult. Could you please tell people what the ratio is now of people who want to work in touch, closed verses people you hire?
yes. So we share this quarter that we've got four hundred thousand applications this year for eleven thousand positions.
Well, I mean, that's incredible. Of course. Obviously, when you're expanding, you have to take that new account.
How are you are you I know that there was talk about how you we're going to do a certain number stores and a little bit, a little bit, how are you thinking about expansion given the fact that there's not an endpoint of great labor? And I think it's sometimes when dush proz fell, the stock fell. Bailly, before you, I thought there was too much expansion. How are you modular expansion?
Yes, the way we think about real state, the strategy is really working. And I think about matching your process, the data analytics, what you're bringing in that you know what your A V S are going to look like as you grow. And I think we really have all of that dialed in and matched.
And so we have tons of learnings from all of the expansion that we've done. We're more rapidly feeding in, in those models. And I think we're really getting that real estate strategy right.
okay. Now switching from real state to the actual mattered hand coffee, coffee Prices, I learned from the great toward shoots, never to overdue the cost of coffee. It's only one small part of the company is at some touch Price because we know coffee Prices of spider.
Yes, that's something we absolutely watched closely. As we look at our overall uh, cost basket, uh, cost these a little bit less than ten percent of that overall cost basket, but we do look at IT closely.
All right. And then as you are expanding, when are you thinking about making a big push into the earthy.
So that might be a little while. Uh, so as we as we expand, we're getting people ready. All of our growth is predicated on people.
We've got four hundred Operators ready to open markets, but we're really growing in a contiguous way so that we're growing across states that are next to each other. We just had the ability to into fladda this year. So we stop a lot of growth ahead of us. We will be there, but it'll be a .
little White good. I actually you is gonna be within the next year OS. You guys are explained too fast.
We don't want that the slow and steady win the rationis business even as wall street doesn't want that. Wall street once William nearly expansion and then Frankly, they don't care. So I you are a terrific story of the dutch brows brand Christian Brown, president CEO of dutch Brown.
Thank you for all of the shell. Thanks to right next time I call my mom one, I gotta a, be very careful because I want sick shots and mine. Thank you so much. So everybody is back to the .
break coming up. It's not easy being Green, sweet Green shares wilting after earnings. Cramer breaks down the action with the CEO next.
C, N, B, C has quick and easy to understand business news updates at the open midday and close every weekday. Markets, money and more from wall street to main street. I cnb Jessica and follow and listen to see nbc business news updates wherever you get your podcasts.
What is out of the stock of sweet we goin today? This was by far the best foreign chain, the rusal speech out. So a two or five years, the year IT is about thirty nine and change.
But that's after pulling back six percent today in response, which is fta tic. And then the market despise the results at at one point three was down almost twenty percent in dia trade. I was screaming at the TV. This take you as over a year, forty percent funny thing had corrected in the buyers came right back in, then the stock made back in the decent of the water is finishing down six person of the day up slide for the week. So is on, let's check in in and a real restaurant turn, get a Better read in the corner machine walked back to my money.
Jane, great to be with you.
You know, there were so much in your conference call what you are saying that is just so true to your word. But i'm going just an an answer that you gave off the cup that I like so much. You knew what new ideas that are just delicious cable and really culturally relevant and then need to Operation alias them in a way that fits with our model. That's the technology and taste that you guys are famous for. Explain how important that is to people come in to your store and know your stuck.
absolutely. So, you know, the idea for sweetening was to make IT easier, more delicious, convenient to eat, healthy food. And so we have this amazing model that brings together this powerful technology with the infinite kitchen as we look forward, as well as our approach of creating these menu hits.
We kind like to take these fast food hits and give you a healthier er version of IT. So think about our first thing. We made the coal Green. It's walkable and chips built into a salad or chicken pistol palm. That's what we're doing with ripple fries right now in our test. It's taking an american classic with french fries, but doing IT without sea oil, air frying IT and making IT something that can be a little bit of a permission indulgence. The key for us is coming up with these cravings, delicious things that fit into our model can drive incrementally, drive transactions and help us build check, all while making people feel good about their decisions.
Now, when I was saw, you asked. We went to the infinity kitchen and I was brought away, and I talk to people about us. I got to go and what I said, oh, gym you fell pray to that will come on.
It's all just a graphic. It's something to look at. I saw from the numbers this time not only is a great for your margins, but the customers love IT and they get their food hotter, quick, a Better.
I think that's the key. The court, you know, the way I run the business, there's a core framework I used, I call win, win, win. Everything we do needs to be a win for the customer, a win for the team member and the win for the company.
And the infinite kitchen does exactly that. So the customers, they're getting Better quality food, the temperature control, the perfect portioning. You're getting perfectly consistent product.
R, T. Members are loving IT. It's easier for them to Operate. We're seeing that with meaningly lower turnover in the stores that have IT and is great for the company. We're seeing at least seven hundred basis points of labor improvement.
We think that over time, there's going to be second and third order benefits. And in some of the stores that have open, you know, most of them are been nine of the ten that are open of been new stores. But in the one retrofit, we're seeing that store, we're seeing some nice complex with that store and we're seeing some frequency list with the customers because they can now get their order in like on average, three minutes. So I I think this is a true win, win, win, and it's going to be a real inflection for the company as we lean into this next year.
And study. Easy review, you open west port in new port peace. You opened in months new new jersey, columbo, hio or CarOlina. How are you able to ensure quality control when you're all over the map there?
IT starts with our foot e though, and IT starts with really having really clear standards of the type of food we said we call our sweet standard. IT then goes into a lot of the tools, systems and most importantly, our culture in our restaurants. The head coach, which is our store manager, is the key to the business that person is running on average of two point nine million dollar restaurant with over twenty, you know twenty plus employees.
And it's the culture they create, the standards they create, all about this idea of serving food safe and high, really high quality food at scale. And so there's a lot that goes into that. We have a lot of systems and tools that help us maintain the quality.
There's a lot of what I call this baLance of art and science, of the tone of science. But the art is equally as important. The culture, the leadership and how we make guests feel every day that really.
really matter. I wish I could tell people it's hard to describe the two point. One made such a big number, but it's difficult because I kind of want to not well that that wall street stuff I wanted know how you did last week.
I look at things individually, prince, i'm a grower, i'm a gardener and I grow kill, and I would never descend the k, you know why? It's too dem heart, I don't have the time to dim the kill. You guys desten the kill every minute.
receding the care by hand. I mean, there were people I don't think realize. I mean, you can see in some of these images is we scratch, cook everything in our restaurant.
So not only your resourcing, superior quality food, really leaning on the gender of agriculture and sustainable farming, our supply chain is built regionally. But on top of that, we're making these things from scratch in our kitchen. So everything we cook for mining were roses on the hour.
We know we hold things from very short periods of time to maximize shes. And one of the things I mentioned on the call is not something I talked to my team a lot about. I call IT get Better as you get bigger. A lot of restaurant companies, as they get bigger, they slowly chip away at what made them. And for me, it's been a commitment not to do that is as we get bigger, how do we continue to go look back at our core, what made what gave us the license to get here and make sure we do not lose that, really invest in the quality of food. And for me, it's a real commitment to the quality of the food as we scale.
Now also just indulge the wall street ers out there. Six percent comes, got Better every single months having a great october. I know those things mattered, the wall street, but I care about is that you are continuing what you told me, which is you're not onna open stores until you have the highest quality, the full harvest man, you got to be a big deal for people and even right down to the commonalities brussels press. You just have to care about this in order for that. That's how you get the cases of good numbers.
It's absolutely right. It's what you know. We're building a brand for the long term. And so we really want to take a really intentional approach of how we the worst thing that can happen is we go too fast and we lose the quality. Got us here.
So we very intentionally slow down our restaurants a little bit this year to really get things right, integrate the infinite kitchen. And as we look forward, we do think there's an opportunity accelerate given the success we've seen in a lot of our emerging markets. We see an opportunity to densify these markets and pick up th Epace o f o penings. But my commitment is that even as we continue to grow, we're we're going na stay true to our roots, stay true to our roots for around the quality of our food, creating great jobs for for our team members. And I think that win, win, win philosophy is is what's gona create a great brand and business .
for the long I hope people out there listen to when they have a company. We have a company do to grow to stock, twenty percent required you to say no to the guides who want to to to put up two hundred units right now and requires you to be able to put a stake and sense say we are not like the other guys.
That's how your stock holly ends up great as people realize you care about quality and the technology to give IT to the, to the people who are your parents, who are your bosses. And I want to thank you so much job. The name in the sweet Green coat out n CEO. Good graduated. Great work.
Thank you. James.
Great to be here. You may have money to be .
back at the break coming up. It's a veterans day salute to service cramer reunited the deal west for a very special a win. Mad money returns.
On monday, it's veterans day, is a special time for this country. IT should be for all of us to thank the women and men that serve our armed forces in those we've lost with that will bring back one of our favorite made money's traditions of the year, our annual salute service, where we take time to honor all those who commit their lives to protecting hours.
So tonight we are proudly Carrying on one of our long standing and most sacred traditions. Having the U. S. Military academy on our show many times, we posted west point of that I am one of our most proud days was when we were on the campus on dirt twenty seventeen tonite. We are once again joined by some very special gas he debt from the finance club the once point.
These people are the brightest in the best, and i'm so sad to get to answer some of their finance and market questions. So let's can. Hi jim.
How are you? I am good sir. How are you? Thank you.
Can that sometime I will send you here from chavez's y and I have a time play you no way anyway, what is an airspace in defense company? You view having strong returns as protocol uncertainties and global tensions increase? This great question to wide because we often think about the harvard copies of the big ones.
I went to go nimble because that's what I see in the papers. I went to go nimble because that's what we do very well, and people don't think we do. It's environment.
They came to us probably about two, about one hundred and seventy points ago and showed us drones. They were being used in agriculture. Dec, o, there, being used to help protect and to help you guys do a Better job.
So environment is what I want to go. A, B, A, B, thank you. M, thank you.
Alright, go to work. Hi, James. Thanks for having me on.
of course. Thank you. Biter could IT Michael decks from huston, texas. My question is, with the White house pushing the pentagon in intelligence agencies to focus on AI, do you see this as the beginning of an AI boom? And what companies do you .
think can benefit from this? This should be the beginning, but it's not. And that's because plentier understands, and pillars got this quite reformation defense problem of paper.
I urge everybody to read. They understand the procurement process, but most importantly, they understand we got to be faster and Better than the bad guys is. So my idea, even not top a lot, is parent.
You IT was up. You could Austin Wilson from center youtube still to be here. Thank you. I'm curious how new investors such as myself can efficiently to diversify their portfolio with the budget. You're going to have to stop over the five hundred index fun.
Now i'm about the index fun guy per say, I like to pick stocks, but I know the the bedrock has to be index fun and then you can pick stocks go that way. absolutely. Thank you.
How you do in jim. I'm could that you lies more from love in texas. My question for you is how do you adjust your investment strategy during times of economic uncertainty, such as high inflation or potential recessions? OK.
the key thing is cash. I never like to I don't like to make things difficult. When things are tough, you raise cash. When things are good, you put cash to work. We don't do anything fancy, because fancy screws IT up cash.
M, I hope you have been an amazing day. The super day. absolutely. This is kitch Charles live from frederic, maryland. So with a lot of debate surrounding ding, the need for affordable housing, how do you predict a trump administration will hope real set equals perform?
Biggest problem that we have in housing is that is very difficult to get the deregulation environmentally. You put as many homes, the home pods are very response. But what you have to do is have the lower rates to the point that there's venti if there's inventory and Prices come down, that's what I stand .
a jim can their own Fisher here from week force north CarOlina. My question is with the current y'd environment is a safer rote .
in a more bonds or stocks ready to offer more, try to return your stock? Hey, jim could have random .
masini from gig harbor, washington. I'm wondering, bright nickel, great success, such a pola. Can you replicate that Better?
Because he understands everything, takes him to profitability. So we get right. We're go on back to nit is going to do a force who yeah salutation .
jim could add in perfect from fountain valley, california. Even the rapid growth of decentralized finance. Do you think that I could start eating into some of the banking stocks?
absolutely. That's why I think in people water in the old bank and you watch for a firm, okay, this firm is to doing a lot of things that much faster than they are.
Hi, jim. Could that lyn came from old japan? New jersey oil and gas stocks have been strong this year, but there's an increasing pressure for Green transition. So my question is two parts. First, how do you see traditional energy companies bouncing short term profitability and long term sustainability goals? And second, do you have any specific stocks or strategies that you think will do well or driving this OK?
I want you to do is look at cota and the region. I say that is because they have a compensation system makes IT, so that if you come up with long term, sustainable ideas, you will do Better than the people who just keep their nose, the grounds down and drill, drill, drill. And I love that if you can create a system that that addresses sustainability right internally and pace people more, and you want to mean more sustainable than anybody else.
Agm, could that Jerry science from linfield, minnesota. With the current market volatility, how should retell investors position .

corporation, a technology for teco and IT has forever and their prove liked IT. Thank you. Let's got a meeting, George.
Hi, mr. cramer. Thank you for taking my call. I have a question regarding world parable.
I know whether argo IT was one of a large mission for the trust. We just took a little bit off letting the rest because you say IT very, very cheap. Let's go to rich. And for a rich.
my jim, i'm a filly guy and extremely happy club member. Thanks to you too.
Thank you. Big meeting, obviously, next birthday. So thank you. I hope that you will be there. How can I help?
Can we talk this time I call we talked about universal display log, and I think they just reported a good quarter, but with a more conservative at forecast. The stock, however, been hammed recently and I sku is that now is time to buy shower hole .
now IT IT came down back on that forecasts and therefore I think IT is now regine itself as as a level that you can buy. IT remember to stole high fly with very high Price. Pretty flower.
Al, good danel new ork. Daniel, a jam. Are you doing not that of you? Okay, okay.
Uh, that i'm thinking about is a security exchange and a typically paid a jumbo special divided at the end of the year. Want to know what you think about? pm. E, just a consistent money maker. And I like that kind of company, and I just think you just own IT in the microdot y terrific and just let the ride let's oh and that let job of the.
Light and road sponde by charost. Coming up, it's a bird, it's a plane, it's tesla. The stock hitting a trillion dollar market cap today. How should you approach its stunning search next?
Once stock leaves the realm of traditional valuation, if you get one of two things, you count with a new way to justify the stock's valuation or that we except that the stocks is the orbit of the market become more and that's what's happening right now. This promote with the stock of tesla, which is valid over a train doors.
With that post take, tesla can not be valued through a traditional Price method because right now sells for hundred and thirty three times early. That's impossible to justify that Price if IT says on his current trajectory, testing could self as low as seventy six times early in twenty twenty six. But even with that incredible generous metric, it's hardly barking.
And you might think test is more reasonable to Price to sales bases. But IT traded about ten times sales. S M, P, trades about three times sales. Maybe I can service them to a rationalization test this place. I think that to stretch you know what, much rather just say, way to second, maybe tesla talk is separated from the traditional numbers, and this should be judged by a different kind of matter.
Maybe I can be bound by the four walls of the stock canvas could be packagers, maybe publicly owned non profit corporation with the property, five point two million shares owned by five hundred and eight thousand nine years. So we have stuck covers people in ages because they love the team in the last talk thing to talk. Okay, each hair cost winter bugs of peace.
But there are two animals that ruin that analogy. First, you kids seor trade those packet er shares, you can take profits. And second, the end is self was on profit.
There will never be any dividend. You essentially own shares and packet ers as a keeps grab shares of tesla keeps like the trades. You are simply buying tesla because, well, it's tesla as the packet ers are the back.
Or maybe you have to develop a whole new way of thinking about the stock. And this is what i'm focused. Let's try this one on precise for the longest time. People what chair and put her healthy because warm buffet run.
Sure, there are earnings and sometimes the earnings aren't in keeping with the stock, however, doesn't Better when you buy burker, you're really buying a share warn of its mine as long as IT works well, you're all in let's not kid ourselves that is a reality following that logic, if you buy a share of test so you're getting in peace of remarkable mind. Of course, he has many business ventures, including pay sex, the rocking company, which also warns the satellite wireless business starting or X A is are the but with tesla, you're getting yourself driving company with a supercomputer brain. It's a ability to handle traffic all kins.
You're getting robots. You have trafic battery technology, argued the wrong way of the world's best electronic vehicles. More important, you're getting call on improving ability to create value.
When you look at like that, you might conclude the text as a lot less expensive than that should be, even a traditional valuation. Now here's the real kick, at least for me. I actually believe this is the case for the last one hundred points. I've been saying, test the car can be, you can buy the star, you can.
I know, I don't know how much you can from here, but who's to say that IT won't eventually go to two train in three train, given that is power by the greatest interval or of our eura? In other words, the value tesla is indeed in the the if a division painting sort on monday, could I go for a four and forty meal, if I will warm the coding to interchange? So for three or meal, why shouldn't test to be worth of a train doors? What can the division do? What should the queen be worth? There's a simple answer is worth what people will pay for.
You can't put a Price on tesla stock than the one is currently selling for. And as long as our buyers at any Price clean way up here, which is what I think we're seeing, that is ridiculous to use traditional valuation matrix, you may just miss the best there is who is to say that the division couldn't super five or minor, or he doesn't be five, twenty one and three one. Perhaps one day sun'll get there and we can have a whole different conversation.
At the end of the day, IT all comes down to believe testers worth owning up. Pear, if you believe mostly keep revolutionary, everything you touches, I do believe that, but if you don't believe in mosque, just forget about IT. There's no point paying up for stock that you like. Conviction and and could be viewed as impossibly our valued by skeptics who remain accessing to the man and the company. I said time.
