My mission is simple to make you money. I'm here to level the playing field for all investors. There's always a more market summer, and I promised to help you find that they have money starts now.
Hey, cramer, welcome to make money. Welcome the crame amErica friends. I'm just trying to making little money.
My job is the tissue to educate you. So call me a one hundred and three m. cramer.
There's something happening here. And what IT is is exactly clear. We become a nation of cheap S I said, that is a couple ent.
Nobody gets where we charge you about anymore or not. This country, no matter what industry props, even the drug industry, it's happening now, happening fast. And many companies are being left behind by the change.
I see IT everywhere I go in the court to store online in the mall. Of course, in the stock market hit, we either demonstrate value like a marta go amazon, or you get slaughtered like a charges which plans thirty three doors or over twenty one percent today. And that's my cake away from the city session with now gaining a hundred thirty nine points as me flat on the day.
And that's that dipping point, seven percent. Although I was much ugly, mister, we think this cheap skate stories limited to retail. Don't wait.
But it's not, for example, i've never really thought about I A I about what a Better map of how much going to pay. And the costers seem pretty blind, a closer to came attack. But now with video, largest company of the world, by the way, we're seeing something how we different.
We're seeing a company with a product that's incredibly expensive, the one in, but incredibly cheap on the other. If you're cloud service provider and you give invidia forty chees for a version of its latest and greatest chip, a blackwell, you can make five times that in. Seeing expensive is a product or cheap as an investment.
We keep hearing the video charging too much. The domain is topped out of the stocks over there, but the proof is in the putting. And C E O jennen one has repeatedly told me about this, five to one ratio, profit to cost ratio.
That's such. Just talk this quarter back to up in video, reporter sized will top bottle, my b healthy guides for the current and blackwell, that latest full production, which was a huge worry going in earnings. Maybe that worry was contrived.
Jean dop, perhaps chances is demand for the current chips and anticipation for the new one is quite incredible. Of course, the sellers, grumpy clues, people keep hoping for another one day, twenty percent that we had last changes and they are disappointed. I say let them sell.
I don't care. Here's your hat. Watch your hurry and don't let the door hit you on the way out. The closet provides amazon, google, oracle, mixo simply can't resist buying these high and chips, not because they feel compelled to give up of the competition.
That was another bar can ord, but because forty years for one of these is a baron, i'm sick of the bears telling me there aren't enough uses or the things are maxed. And video, I say, do some dawn homer. So what spence of life is about, make the money with your money.
And this is about value. You see the kind of bargain i'm talking about everywhere these days, even former. Go listen that walmart quarterly, covertly, they only fly in the only met all time.
Was that the Price of the G, L, P, dh, one way of strong. And they think the pharmacy business is got gross barges. How could the Price of one class of drugs be so important? I think it's because there scarcity of G, O P, dash ones.
E, E, I wilno. Vo, notice, going all out. It's only glad get Better though, because Louise spending billions to build more plants in order meet the demand for the one of drug.
No one else can do that. They aren't rich, not the jumpy test ones. They represent value because is not just about diabetes and way loss.
If their lifesavers, they're being used against hypertension, they used to reduce major cardiovascular ts. They can help control sleep. Of course they're also effective.
Never mentioned, never talked about against alcohol listed with its horrible liver side effects. Millions of people they haven't gotten prove indications don't never get a free to, but G P desh ones, not some simple hack drug. It's a revolution.
Health are not want to reliable. You can charge such a value, such a huge prime. It's valuable.
What else? We have all search a date about how going out the dinner costs a lot more than a deputy. People hate that.
You know what they really like, compare, trying to do something about IT, hence why texas roadhouse and brick or home of chilies are just closing the numbers and make immense me the competence. I went to detect this rodel recently. Dallas, oh, man, I spotted a dinner for less than eleven books.
Maybe feel like a king not possible, but that is, that's only best by the three for media from chilies you see advertised during every single and a film game founders ict chips, sauces and that core smash burger for ten, nine, nine. Again, you must be getting me in twenty twenty four. yes.
One, one more reason why breaker and texts were does are up one hundred eight, nine percent and fifty eight percent for the respective in that value. American people are tired of paying out. They feel god.
They feel betrayed. They feel, they feel that the only thing about brand loyalty is that IT isn't worth I die. They want a Better deal, eagerly switch lifetime happens to save some money because Prices are up so much that you feel like an idea if you're paying up.
And there's a reason why costco as tens of million of members, I wish you go with me on a field trip to costco with just wall. I went to the costco near Allentown, pencilled man. In the other day, I was more of pilgrim mage, no pilgrimage complete without stop the full court.
In one thousand nine hundred and eighty four, costco offered a quarter pound all beef hot dog and a shot with free refill for a buck fifty and a portland organ store. And its nationwide now and is the same Price. Are you kidding me? Whatever we stock up a coste pay king's rim because we're, because we're loyal.
The cause of low Prices, and costco has install that loyalty in a very visible way. I like you to costco and empty stomach with men. Those free samples are diamant.
You see the little small pieces, squares lately who don't fill up before you go there. But it's the book fifty dog that makes me you are for costco. They can look for great deals because they Carry a sport selection.
Pox enormous book gives them a lot of leverage. Yet right now, people, I only have loyalty to value, and that's the kind of country we will become the value of a belt. Thank you.
Or a shirt, underwear or jeans from T, G, X, check the light out this very morning. They, they buy access in mitre c, struggling retails for next nothing, and mark up the goods after so slightly, giving you amazing bargains. T, G, X has been keeping building as keeps them a lot of stores as they keep, keep up with demand.
Latest at the same for fifteen box. Even the other guys of child that got a pound of flesh from from Venus. This is from mulan.
Fifteen books. I would take them off, but I think is probably like the right. I don't know.
I we had new people coming in running the company. I don't want leave bed. Don't leave a bad impressionable name box. Anyway, T, J, max, I love IT, which made me full circle.
To target our world new value means that if you want to buy dixi paper bowls, calos fruit lives, dawn, dish hop and type pods, and then have them delivered, we might rather pay forty eight dollars and thirteen cents from more, more than sixty two dollars in one thousand, six cents at target. Yes, those are actual Prices, actual people good that we're bought tonight. And that's too big a difference.
Walmart scale and smart simply be besting target in the Price arena. Don't get me know. I love target. I think it's so much fun to shop there.
But in this new sell set at home, in order where why do I really care much fun targets, they can bring IT to my house rough at the same time. Why do I care for comes in a red weight back or not? I am wild die.
And walmart is offering me value asure. And that's why walmart, I could be up six percent for the year and climbing, while targets of our teen percent most likely still fall in bottom line. Prices have gotten so high over the past few years that we're losing our world in the brands these days.
This whole country is about one thing, the Benjamin, I say we take questions. I say we start with chucking florida. Chuck, hey, jim s from point in beach.
Are you I beach my fe there? maybe? I don't know.
Yeah, I just want to say was a pleasure meeting you when you wake from palm beach a couple of month ago. You got the bottle, I sure. Yeah, when I first four, I lot.
I've got the new product version on subway. What's going on? Yeah, jam. I want to ask you about a digital bank in latin.
A they do that business mainly in brazil, but they branched out to a to columbia and mexico as well. They had of a great third quarter. They're rapidly growing and they're gone to launch a telecom mobile service as well.
Warm buffett has taken stake in them. And jim, I wants to get your opinion on new holding symbol. And you know, i've been waiting for this single explodes is got some of the best shareholders, some of the smartest people the world have been waiting, waiting, waiting.
And now it's happening. And you, my friend, have horse's. I like that.
stop. Come on. I have more questions. I get the music.
I'm trying to make a new impression over here. Controlled room people. It's actually, these are the people come up against.
I want to do more. They want to do less. Okay, I was from london. I think I look the consumers waldie have changed, alleges panic c brands are out and what value is in a mett.
We snow the sort to new all time high der am checking with the C E O fresh shop down retails rates, outlook in our speed, then power up the numbers, cross to take up the close and the seller is coming because they don't know what they are doing. But that's okay because you have every right in the first man to be a stupid or you want to be plus of service. Now was standing back in decca o to here for how trumps trade policy he could affect their business.
So stay with clever sbox tomorrow, breaking down invidia earnings, market reaction, analysis and demand for its next G A. I stay ahead of the market walk box tomorrow. Six I M R C M B C.
Well, well, well, well, you look at this incredible break out. One of my favorite stocks, wim sona, the first, and home goods, we tell them in west down power bonds, mother brand, at the time when retail spaces been truly trouble, wave snowman turning in a magnificent quarter this point, one they sent to stock up a staging twenty seven percent day, truly amazing.
Now did they deliver a big top and boat, my beat? They are supposed to Better than expected same store sales raised or four year for years tensions. They're got a cash buy backstop there where they ever write.
Of course, even that doesn't explain this month remove in the end, a lot of money measures also betting against we shorting the stock and anticipation of some sort of big business, those shorts sky squeeze today, they were forced to buy shares to close out their position. I sent the stock even higher. New old time high.
Let me to say something. They are useful idiots helping to get shareholder higher Prices. Thank you.
So how we have the webs snow to pull this off in the time, and so many people strugling why we go through to the source, got to Laura out of the present. You have wamp back to make money. And congratulations on a staging phenomenal quarter.
thanks.
So let's go over what you did here because it's such you're not both. First, you talk about great supply chain. You also have you game market here, but I want to step back for second so what that quote me in the comfort school, we are a lot more than just our furniture brand and that is the truth about what you're doing here .
isn't IT yeah it's not just a macro economic play associated with how is right? We have lifestyle brands and we have live stage and we have our furniture business. And the truth is we're still running.
We still ran a negative comes in q three. And yet we're delivering exceptional Operating earnings because were focused on our customer service. And that customer service has always been world classes.
By focusing on IT, we build up that loyalty with our customers and they they trust us. They they shop online because they know how good the quality the product does is because they have seen IT in their stores. And also, we have approached Prices.
There is a lot of people selling things that are beautiful, but our Prices are approaching. We have great value in the products that we sell. And so at this time, the year, which is our favorite, by the way, this is the time people come to us to decorate their homes, celebrate the holidays and buy gifts. And we, we are stocked and we are ready for the holidays.
Well, you are holiday headquarters, and I want you to tell people something exciting things they got. I remember for halloween one time, I got stuff that was just you, how about for Christmas? Well, first.
let's talk about thanksgiving. You know, I don't have you're set for thanksgiving. I personally set up both my thanksgiving table and all my Christmas to call last weekend.
And my favorite product this year is this, which is thanksgiving, our thanksgiving crunch. It's like you're chilly crunch, but IT tastes like the thanksgiving dinner. So if you have people coming out who don't won the turkey, you want to make a different meal.
This is instant thanksgiving in a jar. We love this. We love this. So that's a new product. But of course, the favorite, and i'm just time about the of the ocean, but you know the favorite, this is favor and this is the time he comes back out and I was just in our stores near your house, jim, uh, new jersey, and I talk to woman who is buying thirty of this, giving them to everyone. And i'm so inspired. I mean, people are so excited this year when you go out and you go to these malls, you see how happy the shops are and how excited they are about the holidays. And so different from the panama that mean we're back or back at retail, it's very excited.
I do want to go back something you said about, about customer service. IT is very clear that you are taking market share of part of the customer service but also part of the because you're offering a super premium product at what many people think is a value Price. How are you able to explain that? The people because no one else is doing that. No one.
We've been not a very long time. We ve had these spender partner for decades, but I know their children. We have been doing business.
We build our businesses together and we worked together to bring great products to life, but also to reduce costs and constantly look at ways to make the products father. And it's it's direct source, right? So we're direct directly sourcing.
We have our teams in asia doing that work and going and making sure the quality is perfect. And yes, and we have a few issues here and there, and we do our best to make IT right for our customers. But our perspective is when we Price the goods, the first time we want you to say, well, to a great Price and how gorgeous is that product.
And and that's the focus we've had since the pandev is to continue to pull back on this up, down promotional pricing that so many of our competitors run. You know they're running, buy more, save more. Th, you spend this, you get this much off and that's all good for the short term.
But then you get customers trained to wait for that promotion, which is never good thing, is you really competing with yourself. But it's harder to actually pull this off than you think because in the short term, you know, you see the negative numbers. So i've been singing the song for last two years and i'm pulling IT back, pulling back. And now you start to see the real effects of that right Price business and the customers trusting trusting us on the pricing integrity.
The first time I think everyone else is caught, I except you and gratulations you for not being down by aspa. I mean, he really is amazing how prevalent IT is. IT never works.
They think that does what IT doesn't. Now you're doing something. We see a lot of collaborations. I think there's too many people just talking about collaborations that someone did something in instagram. You've got big time clubs. You're saying it's driving brand heat tell and bringing new customers in the two of our favorite people to go ahead. Most famous when the two tea in the and john, you just I can't .
wait to buy like the first of the nicest people um so gracious. They come to our store, they sign books, they talk to our customers. They love what they do, and when someone loves, they do.
You know, it's really infectious. And Stanley to chi is just amazing. He has a new color out that we love. He has a new products coming all the time. And then any garden is our thanksgiving park.
But beyond just the William some of brand, which we talk about the most and has the biggest Spike at the Christmas holiday season, the other grants to have amazing partnerships, especially our children's home furnishings business, we have had this incredible partnership with love shack fancy. They do such a beautiful job with their I look and we have developed a whole bedding and bedroom collection around IT, and we keep adding to IT and is great for dorms, is great anyway. So we love that.
And then we do fun things. We don't take ourselves. So we in national and poon, you know potter burn and um in all these grants, we have a variety of real task makers and then also you know people who are just in the sight light of being popular and fun. And um that's what we do when IT brings new customers in and IT gives our our current customers or something new to buy.
At the same time, you are more competitive than ever. I talking you on the border sales we are talking about with mark Betty up today. We you're just not stop.
I thought I I brought up the you talk about these winds, you were in the jay mara jw mary and in vegas the risk call in the poppo, the google SONY. These are big wins for you corrected mean you do so many things. This should be other great competence to get the B2B is .
a r ea l gro wth dri ver for us. I think it's been underestimate and and we haven't begun to scratch the services on the potential there. People a lot of people don't even we're doing right.
And so we continue to build the infrastructure. We have an incredible team of people selling products to all the people you just mentioned and more. And what we can do, we can design the whole thing for you.
We don't just have one line. We can do the whole thing. And if you need something very special, we can work on that together. So it's it's a it's a big deal to a big part of our grow story.
Well, look, I gratulate shareholders for just really doing a remarkable job in via very, very long, surprisingly give just great job or ever presents you with SONY that you came on the show. Thank you so much. In my stack.
Of experience out of nc. Best deal of the year, track your. From C A slash through black friday terms and restrictions apply.
What you make these results from palo alto networks to subscribe powerhouse has been a huge winner from my travel trust close palace to reporter what I thought was an execute quarter and eight cent earning speed off the thousand eight bases highspeed tive sales of percent year, all the key enterpriser t metrics like remaining performance obligation, next generation security, annualize revenue. They were great too.
Top of that matter gave a strong guidance for the current quarter and raises for your forecast for twenty twenty five. Now this stock as a habit of cell on off response earnings, that's what we pick up up every single time. I always tell our our club members it's the time to go.
I say don't sweat at the stock was up almost fifteen percent. Is a company less more gust? I think some investors need more bullsh forecast.
I think give me a break. This is the way that is. So let's take a closer look with the cash, the chairman CEO polo weth, and learn more about IT. Of course, no more about this two for one s missure. Welcome back to make money.
Thank you very about jim.
New cash that looks like the the quarter and the year off to a strong start. Maybe you can fill on where the big world is coming from.
Oh, jam. We're seeing I I set in our prepared reMarks and learnings call. This idea we set of talked about the last two months about platform zing is finally taking center stage.
Uh, be be looked at, well, how many five peers are talking about platforms? And now we see fifty percent increase in our entire industry. Every saying i've got a platform too.
But now we know that we are the premium platform as a to network security to the to security energy relates to the new area of Simon sock management of the I. So we're seeing tremendous about the interest in people black forming. We had two videos we showed, one from coal gate fund, from an X P, where the customers used to be customers of our products in one category.
They have gone soup to nuts. But all the networks across the board, because that gets them Better, security saves the money and they have to do less work. So we are seeing that trend take off in at seven thirty formalization deals this quarter, including some for you. So yeah, we are sing generally strong across the board.
What you're seeing a great momentum in the platform zone. I think that you're also seeing amazingly, I didn't count this a kind of a renison, a firewall business. I mean, IT just seems like there's a refresh going on that's falling in your lap.
Well, I said this to only the answer asked the question. I very delighted that some of our industry peers have refresh yc les because that allows our customers to say, ah finally, I can consolidate on a single plate from order where I already have. If so, i'm really excited about dairy fresh es.
We have obviously, we have a refresh every year because stuff ed that we sold six years ago comes towards end of life and we got to get them new firewalls. But i'm recited that that people are are running out of old firewalls, one new firewalls. And I always maintain fireless growth for the six percent, five eight percent in the market.
We have constantly, steadily shown that we've constantly take a market share. They sound like every year, our market market goes up to two hundred two to three hundred bases once hardware and it's ticky, we don't have turned. The only people who leave are the ones to go to the cloud.
And I keep reading now that people want to sort of hybrid strategy because that is getting expensive. So I think we're in a good space. We like where we are from a hardware perspective. We don't try and set the bar too high from an expectations perspective, but we think going to steadily exec inst that five years.
that's what we want. Now we talk last time, we just kind of the IBM deal. I fear at this point, you can start giving yourself feel for how that's working. Jim, I was mentioning .
one of my board members, and I had this debate yesterday and our board mining about which deal is gonna Better for all to IBM or are at present, brothers deal my bets on the m deal, he bet on the with my access boss or deal. I am delighted they would do well because we both win. So the IBM deal has been amazing for us.
We got five, fifty customers. This water from IBM in iraq, he closed eighty million dollars of tcv business with them. You generate a billion dollar pipeline together between IBM in us.
We never had a bit of pipeline between us, an IBM ever in the history of our service security business. So this is good, this porters good business Price. In the future, of course, we have to go and do a lot of hard work and out with a lot deals. But you know, it's the first event where people have to migrate towards the best stock platform.
There is no said that. I mean, sometimes we see these deals there for show and i'll ask what is so yeah, that's a fine deal. This was clearly not for sure. This is a very subsidy rigorous deal that you have with them.
Well, jim, you know, when you got a call from the really smart investors in the market, the private right guys, I know I didn't know this deal was in play. We don't love to participate, so you must have done a good deal because those guys are very smart. And if they come looking and saying, why didn't we know about this? You feel like you've got a great deal and is great for both us. And IBM is doing amazing for us and is doing amazing for OK.
Talk to me. I use you as my shop. And a lot of things like do you always explain printing with safe disco, the scene p market and why this is so important? Explain this to me.
And jim was interesting as the the cloud security market, as everybody went to the cloud, we were all deploying to the cloud we made in mistake. Somebody can figure that we wrong or GDP wrong. And it's not the A W S is for just the users responsibility, you know, some code.
And there is whole class of security capability in cloud that has emerged called seen APP, right? We have my cloud in there. But as we see the cloud workload going to production, as we see people deploying AI, you're seeing that the secure needs to deployed in production.
That's where a cloud detection response starts to play apart. Our business there has gone ten next in the number of agents ts we sold the last year, right? Because we're seeing people saying protecting production and take the noise that i'm getting in the configuration space and prioritize this.
So I only focus on fixing the most important things first, so I can't be break. So I think this is convergence. The next three to five years, cloud security goes to a sort of next cycle where a cloud detection, response and soak become equally important that again win towards our exim product, which we have a so successfully selling all the last year. God IT.
Now let's talk about government business. We first we have a change in administration. I know that makes things so that you d be more interest, more hot because obviously at the end don't really care.
They just want to beat us. But also department defense, big contract in player. How are you doing with them like um the U S.
Government has a lot of legacy infrastructure that needs to be replaced or upgraded. Uh, you are seeing a lot of technology focus. A lady in the new administration, a lot of people who are talking about how this thing needs to move faster.
Things need to get more optimized. The only way to things make things faster and more optimized to replay Better technology, right? The benefit A I is only going to come if you deploy eye that requires data centers, that requires new technology.
So I think we're going to see increased technology investment from things that the new administration is gonna. And I said this in our earnings goal, you know, we see a lot of high standard aviation decisions. Most likely hopeful fully will be good for us.
But high stand deviation is high risk. High risk means you can have a high return. So I am positive if I am hopeful that someone the changes that were going to see are going to accelerate the investment and technology to drive efficiency, you have to automate. To drive efficiency, you have to deploy eye. To do that, you have to do IT securely, and that's where we all come in.
And then one, this question, I I am very happy, as my trust is very happy. You give us a two for one, split people to recognize, more people to recognize. You're a science in math guy. You know that though, even though IT doesn't create more value, IT does make IT easier for people to buy a share.
We want to make sure that everybody in your your club can go participate our sock games.
So this is for you. They're certain ly doing that. That's why so good to have you, especially on an excEllent quarter day to cash chairman, cio auto new works. The cash, of course, is great dab on the show.
Thank you very much.
Thank you. Memories back them.
Today, standing blocking decorate iconic power tool l maker help investors than here at the new year stock exchange, where they laid out some exciting long term targets for the business. OK spend a difficult doctor. And I know over the past couple months, we know because we are for the chapel trust daily, back to her word, in the fed's first rate cup because it's talking in the fed cuts, short rates, wolong rates come down more.
You just get cheaper. People spend more than anything. How you laid this time? The ban bomber didn't play ball and in one ways are actually up from when the fed first move plus when standing back.
Decor reports from recent quarter managment did talk about headwinds they understood, seen to twenty twenty five. And of course, we were worried about the impact of potential trawl enters. So in lesson two months to stop him from one hundred and eighty five and change, I still think he works over the long commerce. I early would know the stop, but let's check in with dalis the president. Stay we back in to get a Better sense of where .
in the head .
back to had a big, big meeting. And you talk about a lot of very exciting long term goals. And I think it's pretty across the board that you went to make things, let's say, bigger and Better. So I give us a sense of some things you talked about because over the long term, I think things are going to go very well here.
yes. So we spent about three hours with our key investors and a variety of other analysts that were either in person or on virtually. And we focused on really making sure that focus understood how we are going to finish the supply change transformation. But more importantly, what we were going to do to drive more value with standing black and decor and get I read with that initially up to two point five billion by twenty and twenty seven. And then we see opportunity to go beyond that after twenty and twenty seven. And it's really gonna driven by we think will be you know could be a modest growth story in the short term, but over time, gaining more market chair, the world gaining market chair, standing branded products and craft man and then driving more opportunities in the supply chain around product platforming, Better strategic sourcing is set, is set. So we really excited about telling that story today that allowed us to really get people to focus on a longer period time versus just the next twelve months.
Let's talk about the brands. I really want to focus on tools and outdoor for women. It's the world question standing, bucking that your copy that we try to personally, these are unbeliever brands.
And a lot of times we think that I know I am definitely a disciplining. These brands are bigger than the companies stopped, right, so to speak. You know, there are remarkable brands that everybody knows.
And could you explain the people like how important they are? Mean, on the last call, they talked about the walking in the biggest production and did somehow things get lost in translation? We start talking about tips.
We talk about rates. We don't talk about the brands which are the best in the industry. How do we can? We joined the to to speak the portfolio .
of brands that we've created. Gym is the best in the industry. So we start with our the wall brand, which is the pro brand for the construction industry. IT is the best professional construction brand out there today.
And then we have the standing brand, which is for trades and professional construction, and occasionally to do IT yourself, which is more orients around hand tools first is the whats more powerful. And then crash mate is kind of to do IT yourself enthusiast. The person that works in their garage works around their lawn.
And these three brands fit credibly well together. And a strategy. There's nobody in our industry that is the power of these three brand. And when you look at these other brands here, like landi s or win black and decor and cub cadet, they're what we call specialty brands that allow us to be targeted in certain nitches, certain markets. They're not as brought as the three big brands, but they're very unique, they're very specialized and they .
differently tied themselves. How hard to out run the story of how race didn't come down. Housing, note that the worst housing market return over and thirty years. And we also don't understand exactly what is going out with her. You can't necessarily go blow things out if those things aren't working in your favor.
That's exactly I think. I think we all agree that the long term, this is a great interest. Interest rates will eventually come down to a level where mortgage are closer to five percent, which I think is an an important hurdle for us to get to, which will free up more repair in your model. It'll free up more home sales, new home construction and housing starts. That will really allow this industry to get back in a much stronger place than that has been right now.
Let's talk about one that's strong and one that's not you've got of some incredible things going in, in factors, an arrow, but you also have auto and auto slow. You can give away at one point. Just I wasn't I just get more of the auto, but you know want to sell that a troth and arrow is just terrific, but kind of feel the great nature that gets lost in the shuffle of the brands. I don't know.
Yeah, the auto fascinate business is very much A, B business. So when IT goes down, IT goes down hard when IT recover is which actually interesting enough. I think what's going to make this business recover is lower, lower interesting because it's affecting car purchases as well. So as that changes, then I think you're going to start to see a the recovery where the business goes up fast. And if you look at the previous recessions for that business, that's exactly what they experience.
right? To tell me as a shareholder, and i've told many people in the club, this is the know the best start long term. What are you safe for people right now who are saying, you know what?
I don't know. I mean, I didn't knew anything. He says that next year gonna a break out, you're twenty, twenty seven, eight, but it's worth holding. I mean, what do we say?
Well, I think the one of the things that we tried to get across the people today is that there's the power of the cash flow, this company that we've kind of really brought back to the last two years and when to continue to do that next year and beyond, which allows us to get our leverage. I wanted to be an eventually buybacks start. So that's an important part of the strategy that we focused on. The other thing is that yeah, it's gonna some short .
term things like terrify and .
what which is a big headwind. We think we have a plan that we can execute on. We've already started talk to some of our customers about Price increases. I've found a lot of time in dc talking to the new administration and really making sure that we have a voice at the table around the terror process.
I completely understand what president trumps trying to do with terrace, but I wonder if it's really something that shouldn't be broad based, but more specifi C2Certain ind ustries whe re chi nese pro ducts are mor e chA llenging com ing int o the U. S. market.
That's not this C. R. Case in where power tools and hand tools and those steps of things, sixty percent of what we sell in the us.
We make in the us. And twenty five percent of what we make in what sell in the us. We make in mexico, when the remaining portion comes from china.
in asia is much different from the way I used to be reassuring has been important. And you've been working on this for a long time to me. I lucked.
I think that all of these things are momentary and we have to think term, that's why we're onna stip with the stock. That's thank you so much. You done out on present CEO of standing black index or you know their brands, you've all use them, you know how good they are if I expect IT.
And then the lighting round is over. Are you ready? Check up job. 嘿, Jimmy, chill.
Thank you so much for telling us to buy the video because I bought a boat load. In fact, I ve got about two hundred and thirty five thousand dollars. Were the navii a nv dl? But Jimmy, I didn't know.
No, IT just might become a yes, yes, yes, sir. I actually almost stabbed, diversifying about a month, and I bought a whole bunches in a video. And my account is doing incredibly well as kind of like being a basketball owner and owning lebron janes.
But let's switch gears, my star and lunar L U N R, which is intuitive machines, right? right? Well, that you did switch here.
Now let's ck us up a great deal. IT does not. It's kind of the polar opposite of video, and that makes no money. No, I can lose a lot of money.
That said, look, I know I how to stop when I see i'm not going to fight the speculation for face and works every once a piece of White moscow for space, but I never get. So i'm not a blessed, but i'm not right. Let's go to jeff in york, chap.
Hello, mr. cramer. This is jack from so as new york in the finger next region where the buffalo bills are.
Everybody very excited up here. I love the bills. My sister team. A, F, C, what's happened, not sort sighting, is how bad pepsico has been doing this year. Fifty two week low yesterday. It's has a three and a half percent year old, but i'm down twenty percent of the time. Should I buy more now?
I think on the guards doing such a good job, but it's just the odds are just right now, get the if you have the fed cutting rates, you shouldn't the stock, you be the G O P test ones. You shouldn't know on the stock. If you have people saying that that junk pod is not good for you can on the stock and IT just become just too darn hard.
So even though it's got a three percent yelled, I do think IT goes unfortunate said I think he goes over. It's got in jane and texas. Jane, hey, jim, hi.
So for your voice ah I want you to know i'm the first time color and I haven't been listening to your show all that long, but I really enjoyed and I value what you have to say so I and I really wanted hear what you have to say that accident. Petroleum know. Why got a very good prefer deal? Look, kota is the way I like to do this thing.
T T R A. And by the way, they are not climate deniers. All right? Cota is a drummed by tom Jordan.
The stock is really on a tair late because they realized the less acquisition I gave really, you can do form a lot more oil so that the purpose between oil, natural gas, is much more baLance. It's a bama who yan roll time is crime. Luna view of my stockyard glowed life.
Well, it's kind of interesting in medical chemical care supplement insurance company and not the in cells. At eight times I aren't going. It's five.
It's not exciting. It's stop boring. It's just fine.
Let's go to general, general and work out on a genti blue games from the tar heel state first time. Thank you for right, right? Let's go. Ta work. I've been some heartburn.
Jm, I was invested in a company that actually supposed to help last spring, and I can't tell them were all my earnings went after a great summer on P. H, A, T. Fat man, i'm final fat.
I gotto do some work on this one. I fat and I know fat. I made that.
P, I know to study. I don't know. IT. I rather like coffee. I, you, you deserve a good answer, and I OK for you. And that really.
Is IT time for a more maro friday in retail? Now there probably only a few people in earth who remember morbo friday back on April second of one hundred and ninety three. I didn't talk about cigarette tax days, and I certain we would never reach them.
I I ask apples, but back in one hundred and ninety three, I was a hitch for my measure. I was a lot less industries, if IT meant giving up on socks with good value. I remember I was my home office.
And bucks county is away on that bright, beautiful spring day. I trade out of that house in a little converted gardened. Most of the time was incredible fun.
I guess I was an early work from homer, but I was an happy camper. O on April second, in one thousand nine hundred ninety three. That was a data IT more decided on proved to reduce the Price of cigarettes by twenty percent, taking a huge hit to its earnings.
I mean, russian them, the stock stock almost thirty percent in response. And I took down all the branding consumer package goods place within. What did mos do such a silly thing? Because I saw the writing on the wall, generic cigarettes reit launch a big moon.
Knew that there was no oiled tobacco for all. I know you could taste difference. I don't know. I never smoke into the appeal, but the people running thought more, didn't want their copy to go the way of its competence with their endlessly thinking stocks.
IT took a couple of years for film more recover from mobile friday, but he did recover much stronger than any of its competence. Not that IT only came out on top one of the most look rowlin break ups in history, selling off its cresses and spun the tobacco business into film international. Little domestic business is to altria, which remains a prosperous, high yielding company.
Even though big tobacco s losses lost in recent years, altria still dominate the market here in U. S. I'm thinking about more profit because I actually see a similar situation developing in retail in this country where someone just has to blink, someone must do IT someone other walmart, costco, the bricks, mortars that already have ultra Price.
One of these competence needs to pull off a mobile friday by staking out a must shop proposition. Maybe you need the dollar stores, which are dollar is only a named because most of goods, goods now cost a bucket change, at least maybe the goal, maybe the coals, or maybe most obviously after today, it's a tire is simple. L they don't have to mark down the whole store, but they need to roll back Prices for important, good in each.
I roll back at twenty nineteen, maybe before prepare. Demi's loves, I don't care if they lose money on the transaction. Babies seem Better.
They lose money in transaction as long as brains in traffic and wins them customer or wins back customer loyal. I don't know many people from this current crop of retailed actually remember of mobile friday, maybe the'd never even heard of IT. But the lesson is clear.
You went in general world, you want to be a market leader, then you have to take a beating on Price. When the consumers desperate for value more accurate, the shareholders had to take a beating. At least in the short term, the beating belongs to the shareholders.
You have to be able to do the one thing we're all told you're never supposed to do. You have to create your own stuff time you demand you'll do IT, I don't know. But whoever flashes Prices aggressively enough will be able to make can come back from the dustbin of also retailer ers, those who don't escape from the dustbin, or heading right for the dump retail excepts.
The choice is, is yours. You read the poor for marber friday. Oh, go google chat.
You'd tit or you become relevant. I like to say this always a more market summer. And I prove tried to find IT just for you right here, gave money. I'm jam cramer. All opinions .
