My mission is simple to make you money. I'm here to level the playing field for all investors. There's always a more work in summer, and I promised to help you find that they have money starts now.
Hey, i'm cramer. Welcome the money. Welcome to crame market. I with my friends, i'm just trying to make a little money.
My job is a time, but that he puts everything in context. Call me one hundred with tweet. I'll see if you could.
Everyone's taxes.
something in the stock market obviously loves, or later, you gotta a make up the lost taxi seats. But what? The treasury doesn't have the money then, just like everybody else, the government has to borrow to make up the drivers.
And IT paused by selling boys truly is a, really is a dollars with the boys. These tax cuts happen, even happen yet. But today we got to prevented build from the bomb market.
And this we think this entire area that we pulled back three or ninety two points and be the client point to nine percent, that's secondly dipping point one nine percent. Could this be the beginning of an interest ate come options? Let the country go broke.
What a lot of people we're thinking about. Perhaps we put the stock car ahead of the bond horse. Let me explain that talks have been on a rampage every since you in the town. Trump on the election has been on even some of the gains of going to mid cap s small cap stocks that they don't very faste regulation. Now while the press himself doesn't directly control the livers, they can put a damper on business underbid.
The agencies like the fcc, which regulates mergers, the consumer financial protection, build the environment of protection A Z, and the federal arms you rate through a commission, among many others, have been pretty darn heavy handed, Better for market. But now it's about change. There are plenty people expect the corporate taxes, individual taxes in capital get taxi 是 will be kind nobody sure exactly where the cuts will come, but we all know that taxes is in agra are going to go lower.
If it's all like twenty sixteen when trump first became present, the wealthy will be the biggest beneficiaries, I don't know. And when people get more money, the theory goes, they invest in stocks, create your business where're not trickled down the economist, worse the economy. I am telling you right now, IT is always work for the stock market.
These positive made for very good one week drolling bold market that included tax, small cap, cap, most important, vote the banks, that's the bullish car, the opposing immediate appeal, climbing the wall of worry today that we visited that practice and really horse the bob market and lots of stock bar and have shown a IT once they got the bill, as is your rate spite across all maturity, the focus when he comes to stocks is the benchmark. Kenya treasured note that the competition in the boy jumped to four point four three percent of a dozen baseball. Not sure you say what's a different point in three, one, four, four, four, three, who cares.
But when you look at the move, the size of the speed, you realized that the federal governments already borrowing trains of dollars and bomb market, and that before any trump tax consider, like a concrete IT card that you might have in your world, they just raise rates, is not something makes you want to spend more. I use they don't want to talk about IT. It's really boring.
Doesn't matter. I have to ross, the talk to go that my now we all know that eventually that does need to be some sort of recent anybody can do the rhino of how much less the government will bring in with the tax cuts. Sure though, there's a hope that growth spurred by lower tax rates will sum out result in a higher tax reseat down the road, although that never worked with any time, for that matters.
Some people believe the test as C. E. O elon musk empower by present trump, he might find a way to trim a couple of trillion dollars.
They think he can dramatically, ally, cut the dead woods and fire the pointing hit. And I growth bureaucrats, i'm not buying IT. Every penny of the budget has a consider. Cy, so spending costs they cut, they caught your boats.
Others think the terrace can be in lots of money, maybe several trillion, again, offsetting the loss and regrets from lower taxes, theoria makes almost no sense whatsoever, because haris can never add up to the law. Rip this law taxes. That is just a repetitive.
So we get a sobering reaction to the potential unfunded tax cuts from the bomb market, make IT impossible for the horse to push the car. Tump today, lots of home. Bowers, Frances sky clock, as they should with higher rates.
D. R. Horton, which cater the less wealthy. So IT stopped for five dollars, three percent.
The drug stocks were nailed that can do poorly in an inflexion environment that brings about higher bond E S. Like we got today. Let me give you the best example because, you know, IT.
Consider the stock of home deep. The dash pot reported Better than expected revenons earnings and same store sales. They came out of six m. Stop quickly. Jump up in four hundred eight and changed the four and twenty that in that market, the wild west market, but then the bomb marketing trude bring the stock all the way down four or three.
Now I didn't help that managment makes some comments on the cover school about how well home deep can do when worries raised four to six percent. Any close question would realize that the long wait on the rise and the ops will happen. Plus having baby gan, a high consumer Price index number.
Because the one thing saving us from the bomb market is the federal reserve. But the fed can cut, keep cut, in rates of inflation. Banks up, right?
The think controls short rates, which ten to line them sells with home equity loans, vital home depos, rehab and renovation business. Still, I like this company, and we told investing club members that we be bar zone deep on. We don't think that we grab someone in the trust in the morning because we thought the results were just too good to ignore.
To me, home deeper is the single best stock to buy. When the feds cutting rates, I got to to give on the stock to the head of today's bomb market action. Once the despot earnings get moving, intense really fly.
And today's earnings is show the momentum now with the home deeper of bowls like me, even if the stock we fell five points of and three, where was right after the morning age government was made? This gets four hundred, I say. And i've been missed to mention tesla after days and days of ring, pretty strictly, because CEO music type of the president like that took a breather today, falling six percent.
Maybe it's impose that refresh. Es, I sure wouldn't be against you on mosque, but there are planning cappers out there who would test to the day the election, and they aren't even sure how the companies doing for them. This was a short term trump trade, and they sure is hacked, the eject.
But today. Of course, as is always the case, the pocket of positives is even a unto the talk of the bomb market, at least for most the session. If was showing a mense love for the samba doctors to stay for the software comes for most the year.
The game is reverse the adobe in service thousand microsoft store today doesn't make a lot of sense. And we aren't getting we get worried. Some power bolic moves in many of these stocks shop fast conversion, able to twenty one percent to new eye responsibility gives in quarter and live nation entertainment jump in nearly five percent the week of some great numbers.
We will have the show. We have that company on the show later. So is this the buyers of worse really, or just profited in simple of the bomb market? I think the trump and finish leading the treasury horse, this could be a pause though.
Bottomline, if you believe about to get big tax cuts, remember that somebody eventually has to pay for the missing tax receipts. As boring as that is, even that means the government bars a lot more money causing by yells despite we can only hope the stock market goes back to ignoring monitor magistrates or that those rates come back down and responses some beni inflation number. Otherwise you got to expect more days like today.
They're not fun, I know, but there's no free lunch on wall street at least. No, the fade that I thinks lasting. How about we got a zack and text as jack?
My family, what you move my family from most ten years since I graduated and I were so much from you, shown them and investment club member.
thank you so much. Don't get thursday meeting. Know i'm going to talk about how our stocks fit in with the trump really. So go.
Oh yeah. I watch every week.
I listen to every week.
Thank you. question. I bought my first chance of these shares when the two, when the fifty day to cross, the two for gold cross.
And I bought them for about twenty dollars a year. They had good earnings and a page of six percent dividin. But ever since i've bought tom for the last three weeks to continue to go down.
So I bought more twenty eight again at twenty seven. There's now twenty six. Should I buy more or not? Just hold that I have or get out specially the sort of pay might be the new health car in big and a bad for big farm of the stock. lizer. Alright.
this a tough one. Look at the group that a merchant wrote went through one hundred um exactly. Say adv this shock me that adv could four, two or seven right down one, seven, one very much would be done a lot.
Didn't know that. Excuse the finny drug. I would say that you've got to hold the course of fires or yields six and change.
And I don't think that, that diving is IT all in jeopardy, but they they Better show some games and see. I can tell you that, right? Today's action might just be a pause.
But if the market doesn't go back to doing wrong term interest rates, we can expect more days like today, even as some possible as they are. I mean, I can live nation pop to a new all time highway after early. There's the move at the stage from work growth that i've got the C E.
O. And could not be time for a break out the bombing market. I'm going all the charges and put in all Marks that you actually into the test.
And later, the restaurant bryan bind child has been soaring in this year. I'm talk with bricks top Price about what the company is cooked in out. So stay with cramer.
Don't miss this second of mad money. Follow at chim cramer on x, have a question. tweet.
cramer. Ash, tag three. C, N, A C. Miss something. Peg to mad money. Does C N B, C, T M.
I was tried this incredible run in libation entertainment with a huge contract promotion business paired with chicken measure and rapidly going advertising you. This pair spring the just problems to break up live nation and trust, because only both the venues like the recently renovative book in paramount ter in new york and running the events, while only the number one ticket selling platform gives them maybe too much cloud.
And that kept a little the stock, and started a few months ago, this thing started catching fire, climbing fifty percent ly August, including early six dollar or five percent move today. But I think most the recent move here was people betting on a truck win and a more reasonable any trust department today. ight.
We had a chance to sit down with rope's is the present in CEO live nation entertainment. Take a look. Michael, we're the legendary paramount like dora for long times a genio. You use this basically as A A stick to be able to explain that live nation is huge and ready for you.
right? Yes, where we're proud of this. This has been a dorm for sixty years.
Who was the gym? Naim, one of the greatest music venues originally. Elephant games, all the great .
jazz performers. back. Frank.
er, M. W. Frank, so when we saw this, and I was all boarded up with the ten a baseball court, we thought we got to bring this back to to .
its original route, say, it's a good metaphor, what you've done, you entrepreneurial, you have created organization. It's ticket measure to the venues that I am astounded at the growth. The quarter was incredible. What do you attribute the incredible surge in demand for tickets?
What's IT about? Know today, this consumer is, is a new consumer. You know, when you and I grew up, we listened to, you know, the top ten and had a very limited music. Rob batra, today, that fourteen year old has spotify in his pocket around the world and knows every musician. So the amount of music available to the consumer today has just propel this idea that they want to see the live show.
Now you are, I think, almost like a drug company. I look at your pipeline, which tells me where the stock could not already your way at the issue.
Yeah, looks like twenty five was gonna a probably a record year. We're on we're on sale right now. There were twenty million tickets. Looks like a large stadium year next year. So we're we're excited.
It's going to be a big year again for those who don't know what live nation does. Could you explain the process and how you've grown over time? When I first get you the dream, you had seemed difficult to real. Alist.
right? You know, we looked at live. The business has been focused on, recorded for so many years. Live was kind of A A second thought. H, I looked at IT as a global business, the idea that conscience were local and that we could go around the world and kind of assemble this team now, forty eight countries, one hundred offices, and be that great partner for the artist who says, I want to go on tour, who do I call live nation.
can do IT all for regular mention partners for the artist. I was very perplexed by the justice department going after, come in when to bring you a ticket master, and you have a sure, but also really kind of focused. And I did that.
You have frustrated artist. I cheat this before I talk with you. Most of them found this was fanciful. New administration comes in. You guys on record of saying, hopefully you will see a return of a more traditional any trust approach, not necessarily not every sorrow, but kind of like, let's figure out what to do guys instead, IT was really pretty much jack.
yeah. We're hopeful that there's as a Better someone to sit down with and think about, can we find a solution? We think we built T A great business. As you said, when you talk to artists, we tend to be their best partner, right? We work for them low margin business, and we're proud what we unable to do for the artist.
Now one thing another that also seen critical about the just proposition said, there are people who feel that you have caused ticket Prices to go up, but in reality is someone who has bought ticket tickets. It's not you that is really the the delta IT is the stoppers that caused the problem.
Yes, we live this all the time. I know every saturday on sale, that artist does the best job of finding what they can change. They leave a lot of money on the table. That's the reality.
The artists worried about their fans, and we find IT absolutely frustrating on the saturday mornings when those pages of secondary tickets for thousands of dollars and fans are are pissed off with that. They don't understand the system well enough to know what a scupper does worth is the artist. So IT is a frustration we have.
Okay, how is taking matter doing?
Take masters in on a global basis. We think it's got an incredible runway ahead of IT. Um a very U S. Focus business for many years were now exist, expanded to brazil, that amErica more into europe. So it's gna have an incredible global running way of expansion in america. It's going to have a record q four because of the the the push around the concert in the stadium business. So it's a credible business and got a great runway.
How does data inform pricing? You guys are very sophisticated in trying to be able to figure out what the right Price is.
yes. Ah know the chAllenge always is work with the artist artist once understand what's the best pricing. You know what people forget is these artists are like super balls. They're traveling with two.
twenty five, thirty.
They're traveling with thirty fifty transport trucks, ten million dollars a week and running cost. So they've got to find that fine line on how do I make IT affordable, but also, how do I make sure I can pay the bills as everything is increased. So any data we can give them through our data base, our intelligence, to say, here's what you should Price on a tuesday in pitzer g, we give them all those options and then they decide what's the best path for their, for their band.
excEllent. Now we are looking at an auditorium that I see has multiple bars. I know that spot ships are also very important. And advertising, you have multiple streams of revenue away from just the tickets. Yeah.
we have a huge sponge division. We have over a thousand brands that come and want to be part of the live experience. Um we kind of consider ourselves the nfl of music. If you are brand and you to touch this band tonight, you want to be part of this experience of festive global base. We actually provide the best platform.
Now talk about this post election. There's been rally. Some of that is obviously people feel the deal j can go away. But there was a belief that you couldn't really have great numbers if you don't have a tailor swift here, you don't have a biona, but your model shows a little more resilience in that.
Yeah, we've had a lot of questions over the last months of a consumer demand, right? And you know we always put ourselves ce in a different category. It's a very scarce commodity.
If you want to see ben folds tonight who's playing here, you have to come tonight whether you made to delay your disney trip um there's an urgency around that artist. So we're not seen the pullback. We're just seen as more artists around the road, bigger artists on the road. Those consumers still put go to that show top of their list.
Now we know the ticket Prices from looking at the personal consumption expenses res, they did have a big blip up. Is there is something postcode that made IT. So people to say, I have found another way to live my life, I wanted go see a experiential. Is that still holding trip?
Yeah, hundred percent. We've been saying for the last seventy years this experience economy was on the move post cover IT IT, absolutely skyrocket. And we see now consumer spending more experiences versus products. We happen to be at the top of the poll with sports and experience spend. So where we're getting the great gain from that shift .
and from all the people want to go, what do you advise to someone say, who wants take IT to a good concert and is afraid that they may have to pay the scalpers? Can you come in all? You put me the first thing. I mean, what what are you doing to help those people.
right? I mean, the best thing you know that we love about our business is the consumer or the artist is now the consumer best place to communicate. So most artists have incredible followings. They've got their own instagram, their own website. So follow that artists, that artists, the one that's going to tell you where to go for the presale, how to register an advance, how to be part of their community.
Now talk to me about the venue, the the in place, the you, and how that is grown. I mean, obviously, I you're talking about this was not that easy place that look yeah.
this was a few years and lots of workers. We just look on a global basis that when we to show here tonight, it's obvious ly Better for our business model. We we're going to make sure that the food beverage does as well tonight, the hospitality. So any way that we can absolutely come into a market where there isn't a venue like this one or or White space around an arena, we think that there is a great opportunity for now.
you probably know more than anybody else to rule about maybe put some big tour, some arrest to be coming on anything, anything in the next year. You can give us a little leg, show us little something because there's got to be some big artist comment if you have these numbers already for next year.
Yeah, I think the next couple weeks will be very exciting for fans and will they'll be some some good announcements and some good on sales that will propelled next year. So we've already had this monster oasis review into a run sale this morning and that amErica that'll sell out instantly, but we've got some, some, some more big news coming .
over than this question. When I met you many, many years ago, you had this dream. You were very passive about IT. What do you tell people who have a dream and they feel frustrated by others? Because what you had in mind was global and big and you were neither that time.
Yeah know. I said in my team a lot, we have a really small to do list and a big don't do list. And I think what i've done well for the last sixteen, seventeen years, everybody has an idea and pushing that on that don't do this while we stay focused on if there is a stage and there's an artist on a global basis, we want to be in that. So keep in focus has been the win.
And when you're a if you are a fan and watching this and there's something we look at the schedule and you've got different one every night, right? There are probably three four this weekend. You have you have this weekend.
You know our nation somewhere has a hundred and something shows a day summer in the world. So um forty eight country, so .
very. I am sad. I am in the presence of someone who follow me. Great work. Thank you.
Coming up with stocks hovering near record breaking highs, cram's getting a technical take on a potential pause in the rally next.
Cnbc has quick and easy to understand business news updates at the open midday and close every weekday markets, money and more from wall street to main street. I M C, N B C, Jessica adding a follow and listen to see abc business news updates wherever you get your podcasts.
Ever since the financial question, this market has belong to tina Margaret thatchers old acqua. There is no alternative. Now, he was talking him about free marking, SHE said.
But in the last decade had ta ent. There's no alternative. Y stocks basically had close to two decades of all too low interest rates, which meant you couldn't get much you from the bomb market.
And when bonds don't give you much money, well, guess what? Money measures move their dollars into risk of your access. Like stocks two thousand and nine through two thousand and twenty one, there was no alternative stocked for the only aim in town.
Tina ruled the roost. Another funny thing had. And coffee hit and inflation start worry. The federal are responded by rapidly raising interest.
At one point, charges were paying from four percent, two more, six percent of various parts of the yoker norry that would lower money away from the stock market into the lower respond market. We did see some of APP up by the late twenty two, the stock market bottom. I would never look. So now in a strange moment, which stocks have had a tremens body, your run with the latest light coming is part of the trump rally.
Two point out, even the treasury els still pretty our high, even though there is no turn of money measures still acting like we're living another tina, the question is, how long can this dynamics class do? And I need this five one, we're going to walk to charge the help quality going a trip. Technicians to cope out to the trading water of higher probability commodity.
And SHE says that traders are drunk on risk and addicted to chasing high returns. That much of where is what could happen to earn money if something was wrong, and if is are doing that, because what three years has been rewarded unfortunate's convinced to later this strategic will block up in our faces. In fact, he believes her headed for a new and very different teena situation is at this time, rather than being no alternative for stocks, well, SHE thinks it'll be no alternative of tony treasures with the other.
The tender note backed four point four percent to talk about the top of show to getting paid now to wait. The thing is that a sexy is a text stop trip of leverage. Tf, but this is a question of risk reward.
And there's very little rip to only treasury lesh believe the U. S. Government to go to collapse. I don't at the same time garner points out the warm buff is not actually to raising cash by selling risk as so SHE.
Not only new, plus I like the first trump really back in two thousand sixteen, which surprised walls maya, this time everybody knows exactly how the trump trade supposed to out. How do anyone thought trump with with eight years ago? But this time, I right, he was the modest pour going election.
And we've already had a month to run system of self action. That's why gonna concerned that the trump rli could run out of steam before if you get sworn in. So she's worry about stocks like those who fired from words to talk about top the show.
But you also sees opportunity in the bomb water. So take a look at this monthly charter, the thirty year treasure. Right now, garta thinks that expectations for inflation created by thumps proposed tabs have been aggressive baking a at eight years since trump on this first term.
So by this point, we have pretty good idea of how we Operates. And you always, I say, think of this, the other idea. So let's look at the at charted in this peral context, when truck left offers the Price, the thirty year was sky high, and the year was super low at two point five percent.
That was because the federal service pretty money in order to offset the damage and call IT before the paint damage be yelled in the thirty or peat, three point four percent. Right now, the thirty years bond is Prices extremely low, levels nearly poor, points six present, as bond traders are betting on both higher economic growth and higher inflation. Two things that need to her youth a scatter season, though this is pretty extreme SE, where the thirty year was trading during the last trump administration.
The Price of thirty year market is languaged discount levels for longer than gardening expected, but he believes the long term chart remains objectively puzzle the radar strength indexes right in your OS. I okay, what momentum care now training higher, but it's very far from being overpower even as the thirty years been making lower lows. That tells her bond tells her that bonds could be ready to rally in Price, sending yields lower.
About the stock market side, I check out the monthly try of the S P. Five hundred future. Just what I know you're focused on giving that we're looking at four years of deregulation, especially in antitrust, which means will start seeing lots of burgers again.
IT makes sense that stocks of ward, however, gna points out that equally, market valuations are near dark com bubble heights. And her you much of the games come from government spending and loose monetary policy. She's worried the new ministration man of inheriting a stock market, duster fire.
why? Because since twenty eight yesterday, making a series of ramages higher highs, all the radius the index is consistent, made lower lows. That divergence is continue for years of any consequence. Consider later gone to think we can get our computers.
That said, because the stock market tends to have a strong run into the end the year, he still wouldn't be surprised to let me make one last push toward six one o where of five, eight, nine, eight, four. Now before any real selling kicks in, know you might think, well, let's just wait for that. I don't know whatever.
When you look at the support that was garta believe that a healthy correction could easily push the sp down to the mid four thousands and you maybe even thirty five hundred could be not out. The question if you can get a serious she's after not saying that the clan ebo, but it's real risk and that few investors need to be taking seriously. I know I am proud about what I talked and read this peace as going to season.
Ever since the financial questions, especially the pandemic, our stock worker has been popped, propped up by the federal serve. And I don't totally know, but it's true that we have have much to monitor potently to have previous. So SHE doesn't think that sustainable.
You need actual productivity growth to keep an economy hummed over the long haul. The catch is keep printing money in the hope that everything will work out. Take a look at this chart of the kick.
I, if you want to know how bad things to go, this a benchmark chapters index. It's sort in the late eighties OK m than ours at that point. But then I crashed in one thousand nine hundred ninety, and I took japan decades of negative industries for the leak.
I could eventually returned to its sole hayes. I only happened to this year, god, to think we're seeing something similar in china too, where no amount of government stimulus seem to bring back the formally rapid group. Here's the bottom line.
The charge is revered by carly garner is just the stock market by beginning over extended while the bomb mark is potential to for reality, she's not saying stocks about the collapse, but he does think you should focus a little more the risk, little lesson reward, always good posture, even if you disagree with her. Let's take some calls. Let's go to brian and pencil and brian, my pleasure.
brian.
was going on.
I've got some shares and self holdings that are just sitting on the sidelines during this rally. Now i've made up my mind to cut my losses and switch over a caterpillar. What do you think about that?
You know, celsius is something wrong with cells. While the company keeps talking in a good game, all that happens, the stock keeps going lower and lower, lower. I think you take the money out by some cat power.
Maybe we get big cell off and you know buy more, don't buy cat for all one Price. Will insist, have a huge run of the election. And thank you for confidence. The charges is interfered by calling garners suggest that the stock might be extended by the bomb market. May be for, I think, good, perfect to keep money much remain money in, including my shoes, would be for fresh off another new hide today. And could else take a honeywell, be a great spot for the stop? Or should you be skeptical this activity tion, i'm telling you where I stand, of course, all your cause baby party tonight, lighting that to stay with.
Or what do you do with the stock of bringer international, the parent copy of cheese magian's, to this incredible run? We they I spoke to the company in August. Actually, they imported the assembly disappointing quarter and spent too much, so to speak. And the stock plunged ten percent to say, I think this was a huge mistake and the c was A C eighty said, can to keep climbing, let's check in a Kevin hot gres the present you of brick or nature get a Better sensor, worse cup said, welcome back money.
Hey, jim, thanks for help me on the show again.
Throw that you here. Can I want people understand that in the business area in IT isn't like that. The stocks stops going up because you stopped innovating. What I see you doing is every time I talk to you, there is innovation and its important innovation. So the idea that suddenly it's over a broker seems almost fatuous.
Yeah, you know, jim, it's funny. I was told my own team just today that the more of our changes are ahead of us and our behind us. So there is so much more to do as part of this turn non story.
You know, it's still about capable food with amazing service in a fun and friendly atmosphere. And we made amazing strides in the last two years, but there is so much more ahead of us. And I think the innovation that you're going to see both on the service and the food, food side in next few years is going to be mind blowing. And it's going to continue this run .
that we're on the service that I know you increase the spend on service already. People are the stupid di. I'm started. The analysts who are good this didn't understand that if we did that, they could actually result more revenue IT IT clearly did. So would you be adding more, even more people to get to say that things are really fast?
Well, I don't know this why we need to do that first. While let me IT just say, I think the animals are all really smart. I learned a time for beira in the ball, so 你 决定 看 谁 来 values。
So we are just getting start on this.
So we've delimited about a quarter of our menu, right? We're focusing what we call the core four, and now I call that the five to drive given the triple diver results that we've had and focusing on making sure that those are the best possible items that we can have in categories that americans eat and drink and think a lot about when they go out to dinner, right? Well, we ve got a lot more ahead of us.
So think about the improvements that we can make our appetizers, the improvements that we can make on other parts of our menu, the improvements that we can make on making sure that we continue to elevate our service levels because at the end of the day, that's what's winning right now. Yeah, we have an unBeatable value with our ten ninety nine food for me. But when guests come in, they're getting abundant food cravings food and they're having a fast and friendly atmosphere. And we're doing consistently, and that's why we're winning right now in the marketplace.
So let people understand the actual empirical evidence. The triple dip eleven percent of chile's business sales increased seventy percent year.
Yeah so we've got kind of a two think marketing plane, right? So every boy's very famous with the three. For me, that is appealing to August, a low behold gym.
All guests of all income levels love a great value that served consistently with delicious food. So that's going to working for the for the entire universe of our guests. And then we've got this thing, the triple differ um that really we've activated in social media.
We started about march and we saw a nice run behind that campaign and that we've innovated on IT with the natural hot a matter realistic, which is also in that triple deep. And that's exploded to even more. And that's what you've seen that seventy percent growth.
And what we're finding is, is bringing a Younger gas. They would like to eat more experiential foods. They like having multiple depth and they like to be able to customize.
And that's what that trip of dipper is doing for them and know the great is on that. It's not the cheapest thing on the menu. It's something, but it's a great value given all the .
food that you get think you have taught me, I think a lot of people need to understand is, is the non necessarily the value that they want is the value that you have because the actual numbers for three, for me, they're not necessarily accessing the real cheapest. They're just happy that you are giving them a value .
yeah you know here's at the end of the day, like because customers, they don't want to do a lot of thinking about we know where need to go. They don't want to have to have an APP or come a certain time a day. And they're looking for everyday value.
They're looking for abundance and most importantly, looking for delicious, capable food. And that's what we're offering you. In our ten ninety, ninety, we've got two amazing hamburgers, including our old time, which he is our best selling hamburger of all time.
And we've got a great, great chicken same, which which is, I think, probably the best of the market also that's that also at ten ninety nine. And so you know that gets him coming and are not going to get something that a small move or something. They are not interesting.
You're getting things that are right down the middle. They're having a great experience and then finally are coming back. You know, people that eat the three for me, not only they spend more child year, but they come back more frequently. And that's what we're looking at for sustainable growth over time.
Now you did say that you felt comedian inflation be a low single digit. Can you explain to our viewers why things do keep going up and why it's just kind of part of the territory and whether it's always been like that?
Yeah, well, has not always been like that. Obviously, there's lots of inputs that go into food cost. Wage raight certainly is a big part of that, right? Because wages um pretty much to touch everything.
And then we also see other costs that hit the rest right industry. And we've had a pretty good job being able to manage those costs down as well as keep our Prices low and really focus on driving, you know, guest counts. And that's what you know created that kind of but I actually wait fall that we're seeing in the business of much healthier baLance sheet um and then more growth to come. So you know, I think as long as you focus on things that are important, which is guess counts, keeping things time, making sure that we have a nice tight menu, you know, you could manage those things in terms .
things that are important. How about veterans day for your form yesterday?
Oh my goodness, is incredible. So you know, veterans day for our teams is really, and it's everybody that you know available has to come in the restaurant and work, including our executes are out in the restaurant helping the teams. We served over three hundred and thirty thousand meals, three meals to veterans yesterday, over four million dollars worth of food.
And it's just fun for everybody. And we're recognizing, you know, our great veterans. They come and we're making them feel special, just like we do all guess. But it's a special, special day for R. T members because that allows in the show up what they do best, which is making guests feel special.
Well, so that you got to bring that up. We've got to talk about that next time we will turn about, we will talk about the turn image onus. We didn't get a chance to do IT today, so you have to come back and tell us how IT just seems to be like year one that I was for chili is magius.
I think you'd be great thing to talk about Kevin hopman presence CEO a brick. I love you on the show. Thank you.

I bet right by the wave of primary fifteen model since you first recommended IT over one hundred point ago, i've heard you consider to think as paces square on the street as well as your interview with CEO, my seat last month. IT also hit an all time high yesterday. My question is, you think it's time to take some off the table or just continue to enjoy the ride clock?
I think first, thank you for your service. And second, let IT right you. I think it's a winner. I'm trying to get people to stay in great situations, not trained around them. Great job, Steve.
and best way, Steve. IT.
thank thank my stocking question tonight .
with the recent expansion of three mile .
and conStellation energy, is that goodbye now? And I think it's still works. I think the issue here is set using too much energy.
They've got a solution. I've like them for a long time. Let's go to party in lusiva pari a was going on much how you you tell me.
okay.
first of all, we got out. Can you give a biu bingo OA a and a happy veterans day to all the warriors from third infatuation italian second briga third infratil division, home of the dog day solder holy cap of the dog bed soldiers of the third ID with a terrific, terrific division that is I member by dad, tell me that's a keeper division. Let's go to work.
How how okay. Um what should we do with IBM now they trust in office. I think I think we can hold I think we hold right now like my old friend and business partner definitely think actually was saying maybe this is the time actually by more IBM today, i'm not going to go against her.
She's too smart. Let's go with her judged. Let's go with Michael matches with Michael.

I have a question regarding snowflake with frying a slogan retiring and naming successful some A I experience, which by the way, Frankly is will benefit snoopy. Do you think locally has a viable product moving forward?
But is a tough, tough question i've gotten tell you first, I want to thank you for your service. One, here's my problem. I think that they are up against, uh, so I think the world is going to go down.
I think they have a lot of a companies that are up against them. Rama swam is trying to do a good job. Frank slovan as a, you know, Frank swan was just a tough, tough guy. I don't know, this situation is too tough right now. I am not recommend the stuff I like good to molecule .
and show the monocle, are you?
I am good night. Have a you .
good thing. I want to start with a shout out to the three fifty third transportations company at a buffo minnesota team. Yeah, I want to make .
sure get that out there. absolutely. No, that's why we have you on.
We went people to do that. We have pretty time to talk stocks. But this is what really matter. So how can I help?
Yeah, that's right. Hey, i've been looking at inclusive vertical for actually about a little over a year now, and I keep thinking that I I missed my chance to buy in here. There's obviously there's a ton of I believe there a lot of like market potential there. But their SAT Price, their penny rao is almost to ninety. And I just wondering what what you are emptying about with vires OK so much.
what you're going to do in Turner surgeon is a anta tic company with the expensive stock. I want you to buy a little tomorrow and then wait literally for down ten, and then buy a, get a full position by hit down fifty. And you and I will do very well with I.
S. R. G. And thank you to everyone. And that little lush of the light and row.
the lighting road, is sponsored by Charles swab.
Tonight I come to praise activist investors not buried them for the largest time. I actually accept the convention wasn't most actions from basically band. They bought stock process of management and then hoped to catch a quit pop when the couples in question quite on. In recent years though, you know what? I began to seen activists in a new light ticula ly in management, which I think is the most rigorous activist firm out there.
This point, elliot revealed that is taking a five billion dollar position, honest, at the largest active mistake I can all the urging the company break up into two divisions, air, space and automation, which they argue you could yell gains of fifty one to seventy five percent of mind. Wind can make you to happen. Simple with the struggle a pin.
By the way, I agree with that. This is a terrible break up 片, and we've been big fans sive hind of my child trust for a long time. We ve brought IT in party because the stock was trading at what we regarded as a conclusion.
Discount is a really useful, complicated these days. What you prefer, smaller, more straight forward in businesses that are easy to get your head around. Not that long ago, honey will decide to spin off its legacy chemical business, focus on the couple's three mega trends, airspace automation and the energy transition.
I apple laughed that move because I simplified the group of desperate businesses. At the same time, the copy tourists earning will come in at the high end of the forecasts. And that's why we told semsa investigation mbs that we were encouraged by the tone of the comments.
We feared that beaten race quarter, the holy grail ler, since the heart was in the office, but we were wrong. So any off for honeywell disciplines on sales lowered its outlook. It's not a crush as early as later.
Details, quote honeywell shares. Prices declined after each of its less scores, with three of these events ranking among honeywell. 4 large negative various reactions in the last fifteen years。 And quote, the culprit only claims that the hundred performances quote a direct result, a sub table corporate structure.
This is LED, the inconsistent and Operational execution, a diversified portfolio beset with numerous shoulder and the lack of coast of investor nar of equal. So I will breaks itself often, do an airspace play and automation play. You'll get to simplify to company solution that will make the resulting business much easier manage.
I think that passes only point south this point. The thirst for pure play airspace company honeywood fits the built perfectly. Their airspace division dominates the copy e for both boeing, anna and airbus.
Both of that's why I welcome the intervention. We've been extremely agreed by honey, well, because the company lies smack in the middle. So many mega trends. C, T, I, like peers IT, just can't seem to get its act together. And that's why i've been selling down the position for the trouble trust until this morning.
That is, we pretty much given up behind well, because of its endless steps and excuses at our club, many on thursday coming up, we intended to talk about why we dumping the stock if you're long period of frustration. But now allies come along with a great plan that allows for Better execution. With the smartest action was heard from one to get his hand story, we're going to keep the rest of our honeywell position getting alot will be able to unlock value here.
Suddenly, this poorly run company has a potentially immense source of website as long as managment takes the word of the activist rather than trying to fight them. I like is always more market summer. I proper, but I just for you, if you're made money.
i'm jean grammer. See you tomorrow.
