Yvonne is an Ontario Massage Therapist who recently reached out to us after a confusing conversation with the practice specialist about some of the new standards. After reaching out for clarity, she was left confused and came to us for help. Welp… we may not be able to help but we were more than willing to sit behind the mic and talk her through some of the confusion. With a women’s health focused practice, Yvonne felt some of the wording surrounding breast massage needed clarification and this episode is the resulting conversation about what we think the intent was, whether it is clear, what it may mean for practice, and how the inquiry may have been handled differently.
