Stephanie is the founder and CEO of the United States Organization of Licensed Massage Therapists and she also has a background in business coaching for Massage Therapists. This knowledge of business helped her to create a survey for her association to use to help business owners and therapists really figure out what they want and need from our industry and how to be innovative. We had Stephanie on when she first founded the association and she has come back to talk to us about what massage therapists really want and how she’s working closely with them to further propel this profession in the right direction. We talked about wages, work environment, differences in opinions, and of course, thinking outside the box.
