Mia is a clinic owner in Nova Scotia that we met at the Canadian Massage Conference in Halifax with her team of therapists. She came on to talk about her experience as a spa owner, moving around to different provinces, and ultimately owning her successful clinic now. We talked about company culture, how to build a team, firing therapists, education, and about what Mia is doing in her practice now. She has gone on to get more training in Matrix Repatterning and RAPID Neurofascial Reset which allows her to focus her practice on specific patients while referring to her team.
