Esmeralda is a first-generation student and has a Bachelor of Science in Mechanical Engineering, Masters in Business Admiration, and a Doctoral degree in Educational Leadership. She is also the founder and CEO at Consulting Firm, LLC where she supports organizations by assessing and improving company’s culture, business processes, and efficiency.
