I believe that continued learning is the underpinning of true accountability, and progress happens only with effective public-private partnership and university engagement. I continue to teach and learn because I fully embrace the notion that the “pen is indeed mightier than the sward” and concur with Nelson Mandela that “Education is the most powerful weapon which you can use to change the world”. Education is not just to develop technical skills and IQ, but to develop EQ and emotional intelligence necessary for leading and shaping our world.
