The best ideas for making a positive difference comes from being an astute observer with a keen understanding of what goes on around us. By being Self Aware, Socially in-tune. Serving both Public and Private Sectors while teaching both the Governmental Management Programs alongside a Business MBA presented me with an interesting observation over my 18-years of Educator-Practitioner Career. I observed that the Government Sector needed quite a bit of financial process and technology help to build a more robust organizations that embodies accountability and stewardship at a low cost while students in the MBA program needed work skills to apply the concepts learned in class.
