We're learning more about why McComb Police Chief Juan Cloy was placed on paid administrative leave following an officer-involved shooting. It's standard procedure for the Mississippi Bureau of Investigations to take over a case after an officer-involved shooting. As it turns out, Chief Juan Cloy was one of the officers who fired shots at the teen.
