Mississippi casinos saw a slight decline in revenue in the third quarter of this year as the nation’s gaming industry saw an uptick overall in earnings. After starting 2024 on a high note, generating nearly $20 million more than it had in the final three months of last year, Mississippi’s casinos have experienced a 2.3% drop in annual revenue in the second quarter and a 3.5% decline in the third quarter.
