In today’s episode of Figuring Out, we have Dr. Harish Grover in conversation with Raj Shamani. He is a Chiropractor at Painflame Clinic. This conversation has insights into different kinds of body pain and how chiropractor helps in recovering that pain.

In this episode, we talked about what a chiropractor does, when to visit a chiropractor, when to go to a physiotherapist, and sleeping positions that are bad for different types of body pain. We then talked about which is the best sleeping position, the best chair that he has come across and why are people in their 20s getting lower back pain.
