To abolish (v) - to end an activity officially
I think bullfighting should be abolished
To stagnate (v) - to stay the same and not grow or develop
I hope my podcast never stagnates
Misconduct (n) - unacceptable or bad behaviour by someone in a position of responsibility or authority
The CEO was accused of professional misconduct
