There are as many theories on how to learn English as there are people. In this English lesson I look at the following four questions and give my opinion on each:1) Do you need a native English teacher (versus a non-native English teacher) to learn English?2) Should you use subtitles when watching an English video?3) Do you need to learn English grammar?4) Can you learn English just by listening?I've spent quite a bit of time thinking about each of these, and I think you'll find my practical responses to each of these questions helpful as you continue to learn English. After all, there is no right or wrong answer most of the time. The right answer is that you should be setting up a deliberate routine to study the English language that allows you to make good progress with your learning regardless of what others say you should or should not be doing!I hope you enjoyed this English lesson! Have a great day!Note: This is the audio portion of a Youtube English lesson which you can watch right here: https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=bKFXeC4Z4Q8 or find by searching Youtube for, "Bob the Canadian Do This"
