she's 可以是 she is 也可以是 she has，但是要看情況。如果是 she has，那後面就必須要接過去分詞，像是 she's gotten a new job. Gotten 就是過去分詞。如果 she's 是 she is，那後面的動詞就一定是現在進行式，像是 she is getting a new job. getting 就是現在進行式。
