Having the ability to go into auto pilot in the morning and night can be beneficial to us. If we have good routines that set us up for the day and the following day we can execute the middle part a little less frantically. Humans can adapt, when we do something over and over our bodies and brains adjust and become good at performing those tasks. Adding some constants into your night and morning routine can benefit your health, productivity and longevity.
