Nik opens the episode talking about how he and his partner Garret got into the vitamin business. They started by offering personalized vitamin packs on their website. They were able to scale to seven figures after a few early tech hiccups Nik shares.
But because of churn and cash flow issues, they looked for other ways to grow, which led them to retail sales.
