In recent years, we've seen a growing spotlight on elements of our society that has made it clear that while the vast majority of people in America live pretty honest lives and have modest means, there is a rotten layer of our nation that exploits at every turn opportunities to take from some people to enrich themselves. Perhaps the worst offenders from a moral standpoint are the big drug companies, who are perfectly fine with developing drugs that are harmful to people and marketing them as miracle cures which they knew were horribly addicting), or by providing day to day products that are harmful to people like baby powder with cancerous ingredients), or by providing certain preventative medicines that become required by law for everyone to take which results in massive profits for big corporations at the expense of the public.
