Would you ever sue a seller to compel them to accept an offer, simply so that you got paid your commission? This is just one question and situation out of many that we discuss this week with special guest Byron Lazine, co-host of the Real Word Podcast.The real estate industry is changing right under our feet, and countless Silicon Valley tech behemoths have taken aim at disrupting how our industry works. One of the reasons is that they see a broken system, with so much money to be made, and not all consumers being served with a great experience. The negative way that so many consumers view Realtors is a problem. So we discuss whether or not there's ever an acceptable scenario where a listing agent sues a seller to make them accept an offer, so the listing agent gets paid.
