Over these last 4-5 months, through completing 75 Hard and continuing on with the Athletic AF program, I've seen a huge physical transformation. But what surprised me is that my "gains" were not limited to what I could see in the mirror or on the scale. My businesses have transformed as well! I've built a ton of new confidence and gained new energy that I didn't have before as a direct result of the work I've put in in the gym, and in the kitchen.
