Stress is a killer, and as Realtors and entrepreneurs, many of us don't do anything to prevent stress and anxiety. We just keep pushing and pushing, working harder and harder, until one day, the stress boils over. I'm one of those people.This week's podcast is the story of what happened to me last week, and what I learned from it. As I was just powerfully reminded, properly dealing with stress is extremely important.
