Shownotes Transcript

I love learning about my body. One of my wildest dreams after graduation is to work as a Feldenkrais Coach. In this episode I invited my own Feldenkrais teacher in new york, Marilyn Bakun, to share with me her journey of becoming an feldenkrais practitioner and, at the same time, keeping the curiosity and learning to trust oneself.
