Freedom is a soulFULL state of being; a state of mind that is self SELECTED in each moment. We are so liberated that we can knowingly or unknowingly forfeit that state of being, and oftentimes that occurs when we have the faulty perception that our freedom can be taken away from us or that our light can be diminished or limited by others or by outside circumstances. We need not compromise our sense of liberation; we have the power of choice at all times. True freedom is realized in our moment to moment decisions and choices when the soul is allowed it to freely expand in this ever-evolving journey of life. Freedom isn't intended to be a singular experience only recognized in a state of proving we can do it all on our own; it is actually known more fully as we celebrate the opportunity to expand into the highest versions of who we can be while in partnership or in connection with others and life! There is always the opportunity for greater liberation when we decide that there is. We have the power and capacity to realize freedom in any and all situations, relationships and aspects of life. Freedom and partnership are not mutually exclusive; freedom and family responsibilities are not mutually exclusive. Freedom is realized when we choose to cultivate it from within. Confinement is never a result of outside people or circumstances. Confinement, or the perception of confinement, is self-created and self perpetuated. Our sense of freedom doesn't ever have to diminish, nor do ever have to feel depleted! These feelings can amplify! We don't have to settle for a perceived lack of freedom when we realize freedom in ours in any given moment as we shift our focus and perspective to allow the feeling of freedom to FLOW.
