In this episode, I speak about the difference between arrogance and confidence.
Confidence: is a feeling of self-assurance arising from one's appreciation of one's own abilities or qualities.
Arrogance: having an exaggerated sense of one's own importance or abilities.
Very different yet many times people confuse confidence with arrogance. The key differentiator between the two is the foundation. Confidence is grounded in experience and expertise with a sense of respect and humility; whereas arrogance, is grounded in nothing (it is unwarranted baseless confidence with lack of respect and humility).
