In this week's episode, Margot and Abby welcome their 5th and very special guest; Shari Vilchez-Blatt! Shari is creator and founder of internationally recognized kids yoga company, Karma Kids Yoga.

Shari shares her anxiety story, which began as a kid and stayed with her through adulthood.

She talks about the ways in which anxiety manifests(ed) itself both internally and externally through the years. Such as, peeling the skin from her fingers without even noticing, or brushing thoughts and feelings off by saying things like "This is just something I do," or "I'll deal with this anxiety stuff later." Shari details the types of anxiety that shows up in different circumstances, and highlights the varying degrees and many forms it can take on. She highlights some INCREDIBLE and effective tools and coping strategies that she's benefited from over the years and her favorite go-to's for both premeditated and in the moment self care. She reminds all of us Warriors that we have agency and choice over our inner/outer experience.

Finally, Shari leaves us feeling excited by sharing a fantastic win of the week, and as always we have almost too much fun during lightning round questions.
