Our minds are thought making machines. And in that, we know that when we are easily distracted we have the power to bring our awareness back to the present and what is TRUE. But, an anxious mind can often be filled with preoccupied thoughts. This can keep us Warriors from moving forward, getting our work done, completing tasks, etc. Basically, keeping us from being truly present.
