For today's episode, Abby and Margot welcome their fourth guest to the pod, Anthony Rivera.
Anthony is a brand strategist from Austin, Texas. He's originally from a culturally diverse, but also very conservative part of Texas. Anthony shares his anxiety journey, which largely stemmed from his upbringing in the catholic faith. He talks about some pivotal moments from his childhood and adolescence and how he came to realize he was gay and that the world was very different than he knew it to be.
He offers some of the ways in which he navigates his anxiety, and practices getting to know himself. We learn how he continues to find himself, and the layers of authenticity he moves through. Through his story, he offers all Warriors an opportunity to reflect upon the ways that we do (or sometimes forget to) be our most authentic self.
