Danaus born and raised in Fort Worth, TX by his parents who immigrated from China to live their American dream of owning real estate. Growing up, he spent much of his childhood assisting his parents with the day-to-day management of their humble but thriving real estate portfolio.
Danaus bought his first rental properties after college while working as an internal consultant at Pulte and Lennar Homes. Since then, Danaus has purchased dozens of rental properties throughout Texas and California to becoming co-founder of Awning.com
