To begin the show, we welcome Ted Huber, owner of Starlight Distillery and Huber Winery to discuss the history of the farm and business. Next, we welcome his son, Christian Huber to discuss the present state of the business. His brother, Blake, joins us next to talk science and technology of the distilling process at Starlight.
