The beloved Buddhist-Jewish teacher Sylvia Boorstein led this impromptu, short meditation as part of her On Being conversation with Krista Tippett (“What We Nurture”)) at a gathering in Michigan in 2011. It was a magical experience in which the audience fully participated.
