    Intro

    

工業精加工食品所生成的單一味道入侵味覺，使其变得麻木。而麻木則意味著無法專註於當下的覺知，以至於當蘊含豐富「風味 」的食物出現在面前，也很難品嘗，回味。麻木的味覺只能再次去尋找單一的（膩）味道。周而復始。食物烹飪和建築設計面臨相同的關於「人」的問題。
