Our society has dictated how we learn, act, think and preferred working styles. Unfortunately, many women find that they don’t fit into these boxes. Women with ADHD learn through that the way they think, work, speak, relate, and act is different from others in the world, and they feel they don’t fit properly. In her workbook “A Radical Guide for Women with ADHD,” Sari Solden helps women with ADHD break the cycle of negative self-talk and shame-based narratives that stem from the common and limiting belief that brain differences are character flaws.
