As a patient, Harvey Warren realized there was no information for what to do pre and post op after spine surgery. Interviewing other patients and professionals, he put together a guide for patients to find their way to optimal health. Although his focus is spine surgery, many of the tips and suggestions work well with any surgery, making recovery for patients faster and easier.
