Let's talk about compensation. Building a great sales team requires great sales people. Great sales people stick around when there's clear understanding of what/how they're getting paid. Keep it simple for them!

CODOC is how I run my sales teams. The first C in CODOC is COMPENSATION.
Compensation is what gets your salespeople interested in the position.
Much like dating, you have to be attracted to the position before you’ll pursue it! Compensation is the face of the position you’re recruiting for. So are you putting on a good face? Here’s a few suggestions so you get the right swipe from your recruits and it turns into a long term relationship 😉.
Of Course, KISS it. Keep it stupid simple.
