Today I share my experience with one of dentistry’s newest (and coolest) technologies, known as Dental Monitoring (DM).
We all know that consumer buying behaviour and expectations are changing. Patients want more convenient appointments and care that is customized. For over a year now, DM has allowed me to do just that! Dental Monitoring is a smartphone app that utilizes artificial intelligence (AI) technology, allowing doctors to monitor their patients' orthodontic progress remotely, with more detail and accuracy than even possible with the naked eye during an in-office visit. As a bonus, patients get shorter treatment times, weekly monitoring, and will not miss a beat, no matter how far they live or how busy they get.
Incorporating DM into my Invisalign workflow that has made a major positive impact in my ability to care for more patients, scale my case load and more effectively provide a level of care that is modern, and rewarding, for all parties.
