There have been protests today in Mozambique's capital, Maputo, and police fired tear gas to disperse people who gathered where two opposition party figures were shot dead on Saturday after a disputed election. The World Food Program says almost 30 million people in southern Africa are affected by the region’s worst hunger crisis in decades. The U.S. Justice Department says two Sudanese citizens are charged with allegedly running a computer hacking group, and a cybersecurity expert says the lack of opportunity for young people in Africa encourages many on the continent to turn to hacking.
