Your difficulty is the plumber.
Your difficulty always, as Awareness, points You to You. It never asks you to sort these things out with one form to another form. As if a thought can sort out a thought, as if a feeling can sort out a feeling. That is just adjustments of the same old energy. It asks YOU to be YOU. It asks YOU to be YOU. Totally freely YOU, prior to any thought, prior to any feeling, prior to the need to even live or breathe - you will still BE. More than you could possibly breathe in one breath but one breath contains all of YOU.
