Leaders, where I come from, are born from presencing their Awareness and their life in their hearts and letting the heart that belongs to the Deep lead the way
As you walk that way everything that you are evolves. A leader is willing to learn as he or she leads but they are realising that they're not the leader, that really they are leaning into the 'One and Only Leader' and the one and only leader doesn't lead in terms of want and need ..that one and only leader is giving everything away freely.
Leaders don't move power for themselves. Leaders lead with power for all beings to be freer. On many levels..
Real leaders use the power of their lead to empower the people to move their own lives with the power of their Being, the power to be fulfilled by their Being and Being in existence.
