Objects, perception and space. Objects, perception and space. At some point, Awareness started to objectify its experience of being aware. You can see it in a child. They don't objectify experience, everything is quite spontaneous. But then there comes this moment when they begin to objectify experience and everything becomes 'mine'. Remember this one? We were discussing objects, perception and space.
Now if you look at objects, you can see that any object that you can see, you can know when you perceive it, when you identify with it, or whether it is You speaking to You. You can see, so we're speaking as Awareness, whether you identify with an object.. it's over there and it's mine.. whether you perceive an object, but there's something different about it, which leads to that object being in the innermost of You, speaking to You on the outside, opening You to being aware of being aware.. and of that, that's, as it were, unlimited within your Awareness that appears as the Cosmos, or appears as your body, or appears as life or appears as other.
So, have a look at this once again because it's leading to somewhere if we can get there in this session.
Is an object an object? Mostly when something is just an object, it's because some part of us believes it's mine. When an object is not an object, in other words there's no objectives, the perception of the object is beyond objectives and that's when the innermost speaks to you from outside. So, the Cosmos is speaking to you from within itself appearing to be outside. So the Cosmos, the form of the Cosmos, is the invisible cosmic state speaking to You its Source from the outside.
And even in the brain, there's levels within the brain called mirror neurones. So, these mirror neurones, most people don't ever get to exercise because we so believe that what we see is separate from what we are. We don't see everything as a mirror. But there's mirror neurones and they begin to activate when Awareness begins to be more aware of being aware than totally objectifying or identifying with objects.
When this completely, Jesus put it "when your insides turn out and your outsides turn in", when this begins to really happen, everything falls apart. When it is falling apart, because now the fixed position of objects no longer relate to the subject, 'I'.. and so there can be fears that arise. And often when we get to that stage fears arise and we grab for the known, or at least it's the mind grabbing for the known. But that's a door to the unknown and the unknown is the one who's listening to these words now, Reality.
