Be Quieted In The Heart

There is always the invitation to be higher and deeper. To be higher and deeper is always to be true to the higher and deeper and what the higher and deeper reveals.

When you're being higher and deeper, even a flower will transfigure in your perception to being higher and deeper. When you’re being higher and deeper with somebody, then that person will transform to be higher and deeper.

The key to all of this is to be more quieted inside. It really is the key . Quieted in the heart means you're not using the heart to get anything, you're not using your self to get anything.

Come and be quieted in the heart. Walk down the street and be quieted in the heart. Be with others and be quieted in the heart. Don't move energies that you don't need to move. Keep them quiet. When you become quieted in the heart, the profoundly real opens in you.

It doesn't open with noise although there might be a noise when you open deeply. It will be the noise of creation.

Come and be quieted at the heart. Any time when you're not doing anything be quieted at the heart. Any time you are in nature be quiet in the heart, any time you are holding each others hand be quieted in the heart.

You will then find your body will be come quieted. The more you become quiet at the heart, the more you will appreciate the birdsong. The more you become quiet at the heart, the more you will appreciate others.

The more you become quiet at the heart, the more Reality you will begin to know, begin to be and to have and you will begin to move in a quieted Consciousness that is blazingly true, which means it is open, it is real. It doesn't force it simply flows.
