You will have one less barrier and found yourself less anxious because you are able to communicate with others easily.2) Go on a road trip. I feel more confident when i take a road trip because it's my vehicle, I can take what I need (packing-wise) and even leave a place if I don't feel safe.3) Go where there are lots of people. Traveling to a remote area can be challenging and create anxiety. When your destination is a populated area, you can feel safer as there are more people to maybe ask directions or questions.
