We’re going back to the Kingdom for another week of McCarthyism—Andrew McCarthyism, that is—and red scares—blood red scares, that is. In the back half of Kingdom Hospital, the Stephen King-Lars Von Trier team-up that lasted one season, the loose ends that should be tied up just end up fraying further, but it all gets explained away with some time-travel/multiverse stuff.
