When we hear the word justice, we often think of the words fair, honest, impartial, legal, appropriate, equal, or righteous. Our Constitution guarantees justice to our citizens, but is justice truly being administered in our legal system today? Many would say it is not, as they have dealt with oppression and unwarranted or unfair arrests and prosecutions for legally gathering in support of issues they feel are important. While some groups and people were condoned and even supported as they burned cities, threatened citizens, and damaged property, others who were peaceful and patriotic found themselves targets of over-zealous law enforcement and judicial activists. What does this mean for you, the average citizen or business owner? Is there a fair justice system in America today?  If not, what can we do to support those who are caught in the crosshairs of political lawfare and how can we protect and promote equal justice for all?
