Dr. Colleen Carroll) is the Deputy Superintendent of the Port Chester - Rye Union Free School District. She has been Assistant Superintendent of Curriculum and Instruction, a Director for Curriculum, Literacy, and Professional Development, an elementary principal, and a 6th-grade teacher in her 25-year career. She is Vice-Chair of the New York State Association of Women in Administration and founder of the Lower Hudson Valley NYSAWA chapter. Dr. Carroll is passionate about leadership development and student engagement.
